Excellent all round. Came out to replace my boiler at the weekend. Very professional. Made sure to explain to me exactly what had gone wrong with my old boiler, likely cause and what I needed to do to ensure it didn't happen again. Was considerate to ensure he got water on for me asap by fitting a stop tap to isolate the boiler supply which was appreciated and kept my updated on progress all through the time he was here. I'll be calling him to keep it serviced and have no hesitation in recommending his services. Thank you Lee. :-)

Lee responded within minutes to an online enquiry via Worcester Bosch for a new boiler. It was supplied and fitted incredibly quickly, and the job has been done really well.
