This review is for Harry in customer service. I had a boiler fitted through T and S three years ago. The service has been OK at best and it has been hard to get through at times. I spoke to Harry last night, he was very helpful. He called me back first thing to resolve the issue, which he did. If every member of your staff were as efficient as he was in this instance your business would get far more 5 star reviews. He deserves a pat on the back.

My boiler was in a state of disrepair and after careful consideration i decided to go with T&S heating, it took 3 days from my first consultation to the boiler physically being on the wall. I have left my review for a couple of months. As I wanted to see how my new boiler performed. To be honest. On the day they changed my boiler. I would have easily given the fitter a 5 star plus review. But as I said I decided to give my new boiler a chance to see how it’s gone. All I can genuinely say what a fantastic company they are. The boiler is brilliant. The fitters only had a small space to work with because it’s in a cupboard. Where the doors could not be opened any wider. Due to having a bed and oxygen. It’s a hospital bed so could not be moved. I can only say thank you to the team.and. I genuinely Wouk not have had. Wanted anyone else fitting my boiler. So grateful to actually find a company who were well mannered pleasant they Also knew exactly what they were doing,…I was actually shocked to see how professional they were. certainly did not loiter about like sone fitters I could mention from a different company. Highly recommend them.

Brilliant Service, Very Fast and Efficient . Had 2 well experienced electricians round today. STEVE and KIRT. Solved my electricial issues and there was a few they worked fast and with no hassles. Also had some plumbing work done too. Connor and Jack were very fast and effficient in sorting out my outside tap and dishwasher. Very friendly and helpful men. However I had been recommended by a friend to contact T&S, they came out swiftly and was able to offer great advice and a great solution that would be more cost effective. I don’t usually write reviews but I have used T&S for my bathroom refit & boiler repair. I must say how friendly and reliable the engineer was and nothing was too much trouble. Work was carried out to a high standard and completed on time. The customer service before, during and after was also very friendly and helpful.

Just had my boiler system completely overhauled, and couldn't be happier with the service from T & S. The products they've fitted are amazing, and going from the system I had to this has been an eye opening experience. Should have done this year's ago., Just wasn't in a position to do it. Something occured during the fitting, which I won't get into, but they've come out and sorted the entire issue out. It can take a.kinute to get in touch with them, but the service has been exemplary, absolutely recommended, and will definitely use them again.

Had my boiler serviced, excellent guy was so polite wore a mark, very professional, had a dripping tap was told £59.99 for call out ,fine, young guy came no mask after 1hour said I needed a new part was gone about 1 hour, customer service rang to say if I didn't pay up front he couldn't finish the job, my husband paid on his credit card and he was at work explained that I would call and pay next morning, all that sorted, he came back, part didn't work said he'd come back next day, he never showed when I rang a very rude receptionist ask me if it was my house or did I pay rent( what that had to do with it don't know, anyway came back said it was done(however leaking now from new part.

Been with T & S heating for the last 9 years since they installed my boiler and central heating system. Never had any problems at all. Recently had boiler service and ignition electrodes replaced. Could not have wished for a better install of my new boiler. The T&S team were excellent and very polite. They respected our house and put up with the dog. There were a few niggles but these were soon overcome and now we have a heating system that will not let us down

Fabulous service from the guys installing the heating system - clean, tidy, efficient, courteous, friendly - everything you could want. Prior to that I called the office 4 times to raise a query & make an appointment - they never called back and could have lost my business because of it! No big deal though. So far, so good with the installation (although it's a pity they choose to install a system which nobody in the company appears to understand - neither the electrician nor the gas installer knew how to operate the Nest control!)

I have been a customer of t & s heating since 2014 since they installed my commercial boilers... They have always offered me excellent service and never let me down... The admin team is great and so is the management. Whenever I have had issues with my boilers late at night they have come and fixed for free where it is covered under warranty for 12 years. I chose them because they were the most competitive and gave an excellent service. I have no issue recommending t & s heating to anyone. The Manor Residential home arnold

Mark the surveyor was very good during the survey and he even came and inspected the work following removal of baxi back boiler and installation of combi boiler. I was happy with the price and quality of work. Joel the plumber came up with cost cutting innovations and I was overly satisfied with his great handy work. Matt Redgate did an amazing job installing the boiler. I was impressed by his professionalism and handy work. I would recommend Matt to anyone without a doubt. I would nominate Matt and Joel for tradesman for the year. Pleasure doing business with T&S heating.

I've recently had a new bathroom and boiler installed by t&s and could not be happier. From the first visit by the surveyor who helped design my bathroom and answered all my queries to the workers who was clean, polite and punctual and even had a visit from the surveyor at the end of the job to make sure everything went ok. Can't recommend t&s enough.

Nothing but professional from my first contact for a quote, right till the end of the installation. The engineer who installed my boiler was Steve and was fantastic, kept the area clean and tidy and explained everything that he was doing. The first thing he did before any work began was to make sure that his dust sheet were down, he looked after my property as if it were his own. If I had to criticise anything, it would be that the rubbish was not taken away the same day, despite being told that it would be, but the positive stuff really did outweigh any negative. This is now the second time I have used T&S and have been happy both times and will use them again next time I need a new heating system.

Did contract flooring work for the council in our council house. Absolute bodge job. Were supposed to level the floor in our toilet before new flooring went down. The floor could compete with the pennines. Challenged the workman about it, asked him, if he thought it was acceptable and he replied he doesn't know. He didn't seem to know much about floor leveling techniques, either (stuff, you can actually watch on YouTube) We specifically didn't want him back after he did the bathroom upstairs (which wasn't that brilliant either) but got fobbed off by the council, telling us they haven't had any complaints about this firm's flooring in the last 11 years. They also took the toilets off and the bathroom toilet leaked quite considerably after he put it back. It took 2 nearly full days for 2 tiny rooms. I would give this firm 0 stars if possible. Update. Have to retract my original 1star rating. A big thank you to Rob for personally dealing with our complaint. He sent Lewis, an absolute star. Sorted the floors and went above and beyond to ensure a superb job. A job well done in the end.

I used T&S after seeing them on Notts TV. I cannot compliment the service enough from start to finish for my new kitchen. I used T&s heating for a complete bathroom makeover, I can say that the transformation of the bathroom exceeded my expectations from design, supply to fitting. A totally professional company with a very high quality of workmanship and extensive knowledge of products and experience in trade. I would 100 percent recommend T&s for all home improvements and would like to thank them for a lovely bathroom and will be using them for a kitchen very soon.

This morning a pipe started leaking... the pipe was in the joists between floors. I phoned at 10:30, the engineer arrived at 12:40 and the whole problem was fixed by 13:30 for less than £60. Can't fault the quality or efficiency of service, and that too during a global pandemic.

New programmer for central heating. At first wrong one ordered. But got it correct. Arranged time for 9.00 am. After ringing at 9.35 to see where he was, he arrived at 9.50. Installed well, cleaned up. When I came to switch on heating wouldn’t work without hot water being on. Which defeated the paying out over £200. Had to phone twice before getting a response. Engineer came back at 6.20 pm. Was here for well over an hour and half trying to get it to work as it should. Eventually phoned a colleague, who talked him through over the phone. We finally got it working as it should. Top marks for his patience and perseverance to get us working right.

Phoned T&S Heating on a Sunday with an electrical problem causing all my electrics to cut and go out. Within 4 hours I had an electrician on site - he was professional, to the point and most importantly knew his trade. Within an hour he had me back up and running. Had a new boiler fitted and we are happy with this. Both the engineer that installed the boiler and the electrician that came we’re both very friendly and left everything very tidy once they left! The only frustrating thing is that I was told the electrician would come th same day and my boiler was left on (it was a cold day so fine on the engineers part he was helping me out) but the electrician didn’t show and when I rang to find out where he was at 4pm I was told he wasn’t coming. By this time my house was a sauna and I couldn’t switch it off as the thermostat hadn’t been installed (electrician job) and it was 3 days later he was able to come. I do believe no one would have told me he wasn’t coming that day so I was disappointed. Other than that though I am very happy with the service received.
