We had a fault code come up on our boiler over a weekend and called AGM. Their on call engineer was quick to pick up and able to advise us over the phone on the likely problem. He talked us through how to get the boiler working in the interim and what documentation we should send to the office. The office team were speedy to organise an appointment, the engineer came exactly on time, fixed the issue with no fuss, and checked over the boiler to make sure there were no further problems. They were also really clear on pricing throughout. Really pleased with AGM - will definitely be using them again.

I dont normally leave reviews but felt these guys deserved one. They put in a new water bolier, which is brilliant. Price wise, the parts were slightly cheaper than I could find on google, so felt like I had a good deal. The guys who fitted it were awesome. Very friendly, helpful and proffessional. They got quite a complex job done quickly and left no mess. I would deffinately use them again and reccomend them to anyone.

AGM plumbing were very prompt. We had leak in our hot water pipe. They sent out an engineer, who was well qualified, as he explained every step. He completed the job, and tested the system. Very good service, very pleased, would recommend them without hesitation.

I'd used AGM before for routine work (shower replacement, boiler problem etc), and had really good experiences. This weekend was the first time I'd called in an emergency, and it turns out they are great for those too. Dave S was here within 2 hours of my phoning (a Friday evening AND the start of a Bank Holiday weekend, no less), and he had everything fixed less than an hour later. V quick to spot the problems and their possible solutions, clear about explaining everything, and he put everything right there and then. Proper expertise at a v reasonable cost. Thank you :)

AGM fitted a new boiler for us recently. They went out of their way to complete the work in one day, when an issue arose which needed a roofer to replace a few tiles to facilitate the fitting of a new flue they arranged for this to be done and the job completed the next morning. The fitters are all friendly and courteous. Everything was cleaned and tidied before they left the house. I highly recommend this company.

I am so impressed with this company. Within 3 hours of me putting in a call to get my boiler working after an emergency shut off, the very polite and couteous engineer had been and sorted out the problem. And despite him being called whilst en route to another job, he did all the necessary tests without rushing or seeming to be in a hurry! He explained everything he was doing as he went along and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and did all the necessary checks on the gas meter too. Not only will we use this company again, but we will have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.

Having had my previous plumbers services continually decline I reached out to AGM on a recommendation and I could not be happier. The office staff were extremely quick with responses and I did not have to wait long for my appointment. The plumber turned up on time and was adhering to all COVID protocols. I booked in for a boiler service which is very fairly priced and for my toilet flush to be looked at. The boiler service was completed very throughly and I was given a run through of all the plumber had one. My toiler needed to have some parts changed and I was informed of what was needed and all the costs ahead of time. From point of booking in to paying the invoice I was very impressed with the very professional service and would highly recommend.
