From the first visit by the salesman we were kept informed as to when to expect out installation. The date given for installation was kept to and the time to do the job was accurate. I contacted TRS about getting air conditioning installed in my home. They were quick to get back to me, arranging a site survey and providing a quote promptly. They were also upfront about the challenges that installation in our house would involve. A second company did eventually provide a (much) cheaper "guidance" quote, but this was well after we had given up waiting for a quote and was provided without a site survey having been carried out, so I suspect the final quote would have been similar to the one we got from TRS. The installation engineers were friendly and seemed very skilled. Installation of wall-mounted aircon in 4 rooms took 5 days overall, during which disruption was kept to a pretty reasonable minimum. With the engineers always careful to make sure our rooms were back in a useable state at the end of each day and checking to see when we would be in meetings to avoid interrupting those. Its now been a few days since the end of the installation, and we are really pleased with the units and the work carried out. The units are super quite and startlingly effective. All in all we're really happy with the service we got from TRS. It is possible that we might have been able to get a cheaper installation from another provider, but nothing about what we have paid seems unreasonable for the service which was provided, and with TRS we actually felt like a priority rather than an afterthought. Edit: A year later and I've just had my first maintenance visit. I remain very pleased with their service.

Really amazing service from start to finish with these guys, they were friendly, efficient and did a great job fitting my air-con unit. Tristan was honest when quoting and found me the best units that would fit at much more reasonable prices than bigger online businesses! I felt safe they knew what they were doing. Very professional. TRS installed a 5 unit Daikin system into our house. They cheerfully accomodated a couple of fairly-late design changes and non-standard requests we asked for and installation proceeded exactly on schedule. Installation team were polite, tidy and unobtrusive. Most of the work (electric wiring, pipework) took place in the loft and it was left neat on completion with insulation and flooring in good order. Very happy with service and final result.
