P. D.I called Kris in to service and repair 2 air conditioning units in our conservatory.
Despite Kris's best efforts one of them was dead so he supplied and fitted a competitively priced replacenent which he was able to do within a week.
It was so refreshing to deal with such friendly person with old fashioned customer values.
He was always available to take my calls
Arrived on time and worked efficiently and unobtrusively but was ready to explain what was happening whenever I asked.
Nothing was too much trouble.
For instance rerouting electrical cable just to make things easier for me.
He left the place immaculately clean
I intend to use him again for annual services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
