Martin and his team were fantastic from start to finish. The installation exactly meets my expressed needs. Once installed, the team checked each conditioning unit and set up my preferred direction of air flow for each room. My training on the use of the remote controls and Mobile App was clear and easily understood. Its great to be able to leave a shop, open the App and set the Living Room to warm up whilst you travel home. I highly recommend using Eurocool Ltd.

Messaged EuroCool after coming across their website and finding out about the warranty provided. Within a week, Martin had visited to survey the location where we wanted it, and within 10 days, the unit was fitted. Can't fault the service of Angela, who we had initial contact with and Martin, who came to survey and the two engineers who came to fit it. Pleased with the install, tidied up after themselves and made sure we knew how to use it before leaving. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It was installed in time for when we had the 40degree heatwave and until we left the house, we wouldn't have even known it was 40degrees outside! Many thanks!

Just had our Church heating system serviced for the first time in many years. The engineer who visited was fast, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. Even managed to get through to the outside cassettes which were protected by a lock, the combination of which we had long forgotten. All comms with Eurocool were straight forward, proactive and responsive. Just a real shame there isn't a sixth star I could tick. Highly, highly recommended.

Martin Saidler, the company owner arrived on the agreed day to assess, measure and explain to us the requirements and work required to install two systems at our property. After agreeing, we later received an agreeable price and installation date. The engineers arrived on the day and after a brief check on what was going where they made a start. Any mess from where they drilled holes etc was quickly vacuumed up. The lounge system was installed, up and running by late afternoon and a start on the bedroom unit began. The following day everything was completed. A further demonstration and assistance to instal and set the iPhone app and we were all done. I was very impressed with their efficiency, politeness and workmanship which was of a high professional standard. Fully recommended!

We needed to install an AC unit in our office at the house in Langtoft. I called Eurocool after reading great reviews online. I spoke with Angela Saidler who provided excellent advice on which A/C Units were suitable for our office. She provided all the prices etc and arranged for Martin to come around soon after and install a great Mitsubishi A/C. We are very happy with our new A/C and we would happily deal with EUROCOOL Ltd again.

Recently had a split AC system installed by Martin and Rowly. I can not praise Eurocool enough. Their quote was significantly lower than their competitors and their installation ideas were neater and more imaginative than their competitors. After now working from home for a while we decided into looking into aircon and after having a few quotes, Martin was a breath of fresh air. He provided knowledge, better choice and a very competitive quote. Order was placed and just over a month the installation was completed. The fitters were very professional making sure they cleaned up, provided a timeline of work, impact of noise, power-out and completion time all very helpful as I was still working. We are very pleased with all aspects of this installation, and if we ever needed another install (new house) EuroCool would be our first choice. And finally Angela provides excellent communication keeping you informed from ordering to payment, and they don't require any deposit which provides even more confidence in their business.

When Martin did the survey for the quote, he was very personable and listen to what we wanted and made it very straight forward. Recently had the Mitsubishi wall mounted aircon installed in our bungalow. Very impressed with the whole experience. Beginning with the initial survey by Martin the owner, right through to the actual installation. Everything was as agreed. No broken appointments, installation was just over a week later. On the day, Martin arrived with two very pleasant engineers. I was impressed as they wiped , cleaned and vacuumed as they went. Even moved some heavy items of furniture. Demonstration given on completion. I'd previously sought three quotes. I had an almost immediate response from Eurocool with Martin contacting me whilst on his holiday! 2nd company was more expensive. 3rd company responded after 10 days asking for more info. Would highly recommend Eurocool. Having installed an air conditioning unit for me, I was very impressed from start to finish. Martin came out to provide a quotation quickly after I first contacted him and booked us in for fitting on my first date of choice. I think the lads who came to fit the system had a harder time than they expected, but got on with the job with good humour and left the place, inside and outside, very clean and tidy. They did a very neat job - far better than the system this replaced. Unfortunately, the weather is unusually cold this year so we haven't had much use of the system yet.
