Bought 2 x Rointe D-Series heaters. Great product in terms of heating the room and also looks great too (in black), but not 4* as had some issues upon setup as it wasn't made clear the the products would need to be connected to the Rointe servers before they could be synced and this took several hours (overnight). The App to control the products seems pretty good and straightforward to use.

Needed 2 electric radiators for utility room and workshop. Rointe Kyros are compact, look stylist and a reasonable price. Fitted by local qualified electrician, who has them in his own home and recommends them. Good quality, reliable and efficient. I like the fact that a template for making sure holes for brackets are in the right place. A simple but really useful addition to the box.

Having made the decision to go green I have discovered the Rointe range through a local electrical wholesalers. Having fitted one in an extention I was so impressed I now have eight radiators in total. They are brilliant, so efficient and just look the part and also the warranty is brilliant. I have contacted their customer service team for advice and they were very helpful.

The Kyros seems a well made product but find the programming a challenge. Very small display so bought a Rointe Air Control only to find this does not allow the user to select the 4 pre programmed functions. This should have been made clear to us. Still struggling with the set up but I guess will get the hang of it eventually.

Fast delivery, EASY to attach to the wall with all the screws and brackets - took less that 5 minutes! the manual is so easy to follow - I wanted to setup a programme so I can set different days and times with different heats and this was the easiest product I have used. After 13 years of living in a cold flat where I had to switch the radiators on manually when I came home, I decided to invest in the Rointe D series radiators. I’m totally in love with them and the app. You can set the radiators to turn on and off at the time you want, if you’re walking home from town you can just open the app and turn all the heaters on so it’s lovely and warm on your return. Even better, you can type in your electricity tariff and the app tells you exactly how much you’re spending. One happy customer

The Rointe radiator was installed recently by my electrician. From the moment it was connected and switched on, there was, after only a short time, a wonderful warmth spreading throughout the new "garden room" recently built. It is neat, pleasant visually, simple to operate, with easy to follow instructions for temperature controls etc., in the accompanying book of instructions . It has already been admired after being installed only a few weeks ago. It is certainly a cut above the "old fashioned radiators" in the other rooms of my house ! I am really 100% delighted with my new radiator and would recommend this highly efficient piece of equipment to anyone seeking a new modern radiator/radiators in their home. With rising costs of gas and electricity it has an added welcome feature of being cheaper to operate.

I have been considering changing our old storage heaters which are not very efficient on heating our 500 year old house. I have just fitted the first unit which was so easy to do using the cardboard template to drill the holes for fixings. The programme display is easy to set up and the units look great too! I’m looking forward to taking meter readings to see how energy efficient they are.

Good quality heaters with simple controls. The only significant downside for me is that the display panel is backlit which means there is always a light shining from the radiators. I haven't worked out how to disable this if it can be...

i'll be brief: the products are sound but the way Rointe is packing/handling their products is clearly not just there yet. The radiators looks amazing but it's a shame they are poorly handled. Although i do appreciate the prompt response from their customer service that provided two replacements within couple of days. So, therefore today i will only leave 3 stars hoping the company will invest more time in handling and packing their products more accordingly.

The heater looks great, easy to install as you just plug it in there is no hard wiring involved. As we are still in late summer it is too early to give an accurate assessment of how cost efficient the heater is but early signs appear very promising.

Hello. Bought the Rointe radiators. First of all, I am pleased with the quality of the product and with a rather simple installation. I was able to install them by myself. Delivery came on time.

Very simple to mount with the template provided, mounting brackets are simple yet effective. Programming is simple enough but a bit long winded, would be nice if it was quicker and did individual days straight away. Not yet had to use heater but have had good experience from rointe before. Replaced a 2kw oil filled rad with a 550w Rointe so should be cheaper to run.

I recently had my old E10 storage heaters removed and replaced with Rointe Digital Electronic Radiators. In total a had 5 installed. They are proving to be a very good choice! Each indivdual radiator can be programmed to suit the room and can be altered to either warm more (for the bathroom) or cool for the kitchen. Fabulous.

Used Rointe website to calculate suitable rad to purchase found it £30 cheaper from Heatershop via Amazon ordered and arrived in 2 days. Fixing template easy to use and follow. Setup using pre installed programme initially will review and change if room to hot. Happy with everything and would highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the radiator itself but having great difficulty setting the automatic function. I need to do some research as I cannot change the temperature on the automatic settings from 8 degres, so hopefully once this is sorted, I'll be a happy customer.

I purchased 2 heaters, KRI 1210 and 1430. It would appear that the 1210 had already been fitted someplace as there was an interesting programme on it. Also, the instruction manual was missing to this one. I put both on A2 prog. and on comfort. But, the first day they racked up a cost of some £3.75 elec cost. I've since put both on ECO, and manual and reduced the degrees from 19 to 17 degs. hoping that this would reduce the running costs. The 1430 top fins are very rough on the alloy mouldings, I would expect a neater finish and my wife to not catch her jumper on the burrs. For the cost they look good but the spare machine screw rattling in the box of the 1210 was very suspicious. Good heat and bit fiddly to programme. Easy to fit.

I ordered from The Heatershop and received the rads. within 48 hours. On opening, one of the rads was slightly damaged in transit. I spoke to the Heatershop who asked me to talk to Rointe. I spoke to them and they made the return and re-supply very easy and I had the replacement rad in less than 5 working days. My building project suffered no delay whatsoever. In short, their response to a problem was exemplary and I'd definitely recommend both organisations very strongly.

I received the Rointe 0990D today, well what can you say delivery very quick order on a Monday ate received delivery on the Wednesday, so simple to fit, 3 fixing to the wall and just hang and plug in, plus they look great I no they may be more expensive than other but build quality and finish is spot on, you can't go wrong with these. cheers Kevin

Fantastic heaters. We have 7. We have no gas supply to the house so this works for us. I love the fact that when the room reaches temperature they turn themselves off so not pumping out heat and wasting electric. Highly recommended.

Very prompt service & delivery. Set up on wifi is fairly straight forward if follwing instructions but be patient for internet and process to acknowledge connection, it will happen.
