I highly recommend Smart Heat. They came and resolved a problem with my boiler. Arranging for them to come was really easy, they tried to resolve the problem without the need for a replacement part (could have easily said new part(s) were needed straightaway) and although a new part was needed in the end this was done for a very reasonable price and again quickly. Thank you, will definitely use you guys again in the future

I'm not one for leaving reviews, but very impressed by the service recevied today from Smart Heat. Annual occurrance of tundish dripping that has been keeping me up for weeks, and usually costs in excess of £300 per year since we moved in 9 yrs ago. Smart Heat plumber took one look and advised that it had never been installed correctly in the first place and that the expansion was in effect being bypassed. I didn't catch the plumber/service engineer's name, but he was bang on time @ 8:00am (having only made the booking on Thursday last week) and got striaght on with the job. Within minutes, he had cut a length of unnecessary copper piping out and installed a new flexi hose fitting, along with a PRV value. He was concious of the time and wanted to get it sorted within the first hour for me. Took his shoes off at the door and was respectful of our house. Couldn't recommend enough and gave a guarantee on the work that had been carried out. The follow-up Job Service Report was a welcomed bonus in terms of service. 5 stars - very impressed.

Daryl and his colleague arrived at 8.10 am, and immediately got on with servicing our boiler and central heating system. They changed a couple of dodgy valves on 2 radiators, and installed a clip on our flue, to make it compliant with current regs. Friendly, professional and efficient throughout. The final bill was less than we would havevecpevted. We have used Smartheat before and will do again. Very much recommended.

I applied for an online quote late at night, and got a response first thing the following day. Contacted 8 different businesses in Peterborough to get a quote for a boiler service and not one ever responded to me. Smart seemed a good price and allowed me to be first on the list for the service. Arrived on time and was very friendly. Due to this being my first home, the worker showed me the boiler and how it all worked, as well as how to sort the pressure if there was ever a need. Really went out his way. Will 100% use again.

The engineer arrived at the agreed time and immediately diagnosed the problem with the heating system. Replaced the mid position valve and fixed a small leak in the kitchen radiator. Cleaned up afterwards leaving everything spotless. Would definitely use again and would recommend Smartheat.

I explained my predicament, and they were so understanding. They had a heating engineer around within 2hrs who completely fixed the problem. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with any service person/company. We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom, I called Smartheat and spoke with a very polite and friendly call operator, who was able to book an appointment for the same day. That afternoon two service engineers came, and after explaining to them what I knew about the issue they had found the source and were able to repeat the problem within minutes. While they worked to fix the source of the leak I talked to them about a few other problems we've been having with our system, including our zone valves sticking, burst of pressure after the hot water tank was heated, our magnaclean needing to be serviced, and several problematic radiators. They worked on our system just shy of two hours, and by the time they had left practically everything on my dreaded "to do" list had been resolved. It was relieving to have someone do the work on our system that understood it inside and out, and they offered some solid advice on future maintenance and changes. I will be using Smartheat from now on and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

My first experience with SmartHeat won't be my last. I phoned up looking for help with a leaking radiator and some options for low water pressure. Within a few hours, Clive turned up, fixed the radiator and gave me some great advice on the water pressure, and our Combi Boiler which had been dropping pressure. Can't recommend them enough!

The next weekend the old boiler was clearly leaking; Smartheat sent an engineer to do an assessment and drain the system down in less than 24 hours. Called Smartheat as an emergency , I run a hair salon and our pressurised cylinder for our water went wrong ,so we had to turn off the water at the mains . As you can imagine a hair salon with no water is a disaster! Smart heat were so helpful and sent some one as soon as they could , the engineer came and assessed the work , he worked for 4 hours or more and got the job done on one of the hottest days of the year . I would 100% recommend this company , the service was prompt and the engineer was very understanding and knowledgeable , the rates of pay I thought were very reasonable . Great job !!!

Our boiler broke. Smartheat gave us the best price on town, offered a very, very quick installation, when we couldn't do that (wanted to check other prices as Smartheat were our first quote), when we came back to them they gave another very quick installation date, the fitters worked quickly and respectfully. Smart heat were quick to respond to a heating breakdown and part renewal of system. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. From the initial survey conducted by Simon, to receiving the quotes and going through them. At no point did I feel any pressure to accept the most expensive solution or products and I was given different choices. The work was scheduled quickly. Stefan completed the work over a 5 day period and throughout that time, he explained each part of the work and upon completion showed us how to use the system. He was punctual and left the areas of work tidy. I would not look to use any other company for any heating related job or servicing and would recommend Smartheat.

Following a recommendation we employed Smartheat to install a new heating system. From start to finish the work was carried out in a professional manner. The heating engineer and his apprentice had a week on site and were always happy to answer questions and kept us informed of all developments.
