I cannot praise the service I received from Gregory Plumbing. Their commitment to customer service and satisfaction cannot be overstated. We had their engineer David out yesterday and he fitted a shower mixer unit. He done an excellent job and even though the fitting was challenging he overcame all challenges. Nice to support a local company who has the customer interests at heart. Well done to all the team. Thank you so much.

My family had some of the Gregory Plumbing team in to fit a new boiler/heating system this week and following the experience I just had to submit a review. The boys clearly knew their stuff and acted professionally at all times. But what really got them noticed by the family was the friendly, kind, polite and considerate manner of each member of the team. They really went above and beyond, from offering to make the family a cup of coffee to helping my father to the car when he was struggling to walk due to illness. I will definitely use this company for any follow up work and would gladly recommend their services to others.

Just recently had my old Brittony Combi Boiler replaced! yes I did have one of those! I know hang my head in shame! So i decided to ask the guys from Gregory Plumbing and Heating to come over and provide a quote to place my trusty and rusty boiler! So a week later they came and installed my new lovely boiler! and well! what a difference it has made to the overall heating of my home! my Kitchen now is warm! the radiators work so much better with the new Worcester Greenstar unit in place! the guys did such a good job and really fast and did it all in one day! they explained in detail how the new boiler works and just wanted to say many thanks to you! I would certainly recommend Gregory to anyone that is in need of a new boiler.

Boiler started to leak 2 weeks before Christmas, had 3 separate plumbing businesses give me a quote for a replacement. Gregory plumbing was by far the most flexible and accommodating. The quote was competitive and detailed. On agreement, I was taken through my next steps and 2 plumbers and an apprentice replaced my boiler. Really good workmanship and a very professional service all round. Would certainly recommend.

1st class service all round! Matt, the engineer, was polite, courteous, very professional and punctual. No stopping to have a phone chat with mates (unlike some tradesmen). And he tidied up after himself perfectly. I cannot praise Matt or the company highly enough. Matt is a credit to the company. Single handedly installed our new boiler, with new gas pipes, removed our dead boiler, in 2 days. Absolutely brilliant work. This is what 100% customer service should be like. Fabulous service, I found this company on Facebook and made contact via text. Contact was made in a timely manner and Eddie came out to sort out an issue with the boiler/heating with my neighbouring property, no sooner had he sorted the issue he came to my property servicing the boiler more thoroughly than it has ever been done and also noticing the gas supply was not as it should be. He took it upon himself to contact the gas board, to attend to rectify their regulator. With my nice clean and serviced boiler and my gas certs up to date , very happy with the service supplied would defiantly recommend to anyone for a very efficient and friendly service, who i felt went above and beyond.
