I requested an engineer via Worcester Bosch website and ratings were V. good for Peter Smith. He answered my request the same day and installed our new boiler within 3 days. Peter did a superb job, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I have waited to do the review just in case there where any issues but I am pleased to say there have been none. I would definitely recommend Peter Smith to anyone needing a boiler replaced or for servicing.

Pete advised us on the options for replacing our boiler, booked the work in nice and quickly and did a really tidy job, we're really happy. Also, the whole service from first contact through to completion was really slick, little touches like receiving update messages, online payment etc. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone, so long as he doesn't get too busy to do our service next year!

Pete carried out the replacement of my boiler in Woodley without hesitation, even though there were a few complications which affected the install. Both Pete and his colleague Darren were trustworthy and showed integrity. I felt in safe hands the entire time. The price quoted was competitive and some great finance options were available. Pete was great for a number of reasons. 1. He responded quickly when I first contacted him. 2. He inspected and quoted very quickly and gave a good price. 3. He came up with a new idea for where to site the boiler and water tank and worked out all the technicalities when I talked through what I wanted to achieve, which was to install a new boiler and water tank in a new location so I could make more space in my bathroom. 4. He worked out how to best handle my old solar heating system. 5. When he did the work he was quick, tidy, polite and on time. He also worked extra hard to ensure we weren't without hot water and heating for more than a few hours. 6. And he completed the work very quickly. I highly recommend Pete and his work. Frank

Pete came to install a new boiler, new radiator valves, and a flush of the heating system. He was excellent to work with, explained what would be done each day, was clear about what he needed us to do (eg clear space around radiators for him to do the work). He was also very responsive to our questions when planning the work, so we felt like we had a good idea of what we were having installed. He also took care of the necessary work on the driveway for extra pipes as well, and left everything clean and tidy. The estimate was accurate and costs explained to us. Peter replaced our old Baxi Solo boiler with a new Worcester Bosch system with new controller, replaced our 1989 hot water cylinder, installed thermostatic controls on our radiators and power flushed the system at our home in Earley. We first came across Peter Smith through Wes Williams and he installed our new boiler for us. A very neat and tidy job, too. I then used him to help in an emergency when an old boiler "died" in a small office I manage. He was able to virtually rebuild the boiler and revive a very antiquated system which has, for the first time in over a decade, kept those premises warm all last winter. As a retired Chartered Surveyor I would recomment Peter, and did so as he also fitted a new system for my daughter.
