I have only used Tony Lees & Son twice but both times I could not fault their service. The boiler service was efficient and tidy (sorry I didn't take the name of the plumber). More recently I've had a couple of radiators replaced and Michael and Dan were perfect - they carried out the works without fuss, were respectful that I was working from home so made minimum noise, they were polite and explained what they were doing along the way. Couldn't ask for a better service - would highly recommend this company.

I have no doubt that Tony Lees & Sons Ltd. always provide excellent services. The radiator in our recently moved house did not work well. A visiting engineer explained in detail what was the problem with the radiator and what went wrong . All of engineers solved the problem very well, and they quickly replaced old radiators and valves with professional skills. All of engineers also explained how to use the boiler and radiator efficiently. In addition, they always responded kindly to phone calls and texts, and in case of any problems, they quickly arranged an appointment for an engineer to visit. I acknowledge that this place is really reliable and professional.

This was my first experience of using Tony Lees & Sons and I was not disappointed at all. A friendly, local company who came and sorted my failed boiler issue as quickly as they possibly could and at a price I would say was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to friends and family.

Had this firm install the new boiler and then keep it maintained, really nice company. I could not ask more from the team they have, on time, polite and the standard of work had been A1 at all times, really nice people to do business with, if your looking for fair prices, super standard of work give them a try, I for one wont be going anywhere else. We have known Tony Lees as a company for years as they were the company our previous landlord used for boiler servicing and gas safety certificates. Now we have our own house, we have used them to remove a large radiator and replace it with a slimline version to save space in the bedroom and also to remove another radiator while we decorated the room and put it back on again. Tim came out and quoted us for the work. He was very friendly and professional and gave sound advice as to which radiator we should use to replace the old one, but also to get the same amount of heat from it. Lewis came and carried out the work to a very professional standard. He was polite, friendly, tidy and took away the old radiator for us. I am really pleased with the result and I recommend Tony Lees to everyone who asks for recommendations for plumbing and heating services.

We found Tony Lees and Sons very easy to deal with -- a real phone number, promptly answered by a real person who understood the problem. We only waited a couple of days for an appointment, and the plumber arrived when they said he would. Our plumber was very polite, conscientious and explained what he was doing at all stages. It took 3 visits, but the problems were very satisfactorily resolved. We were happy to pay the highly reasonable invoice and would confidently use Tony Lees' services again.

I have used this company for a number of years and have never had cause to complain about their work. This week I had an emergency with a boiler not working. They attended the same morning I phoned and managed to get the boiler worker while the parts are on order. Really top class service from a local company.

I live in a rented property and Tony Lees were able to get my hot water back up and running on the day of calling them. A very friendly member of their staff arrived within two hours and was able to identify, explain and fix the problem efficiently and quickly. Arrived back from holiday to the ultimate nightmare. A water leak.Spoke to Sean who arranged a plumber to be with us in around 30 minutes. Adam arrived and was very polite and friendly. I called Tony Lees & Sons yesterday to check out a problem on a Potterton Profile boiler in respect of which another company wanted to charge me nearly £600 to repair. Their engineer (Simon) arrived today, at the agreed time, spent a short time checking everything out and soon diagnosed the real problem. Cost of replacement parts? About 20p! Boiler is now up and running. I don't know how far afield Tony's guys travel but based on today's experience I'd recommend you give them a go should the need arise. Colin.

They went to extra effort to get someone out the day I called, and our leaking hot water cylinder was repaired before the wet ceiling below got any worse and fell down I am very grateful for their rapid reply and immediate visit.
