Steve was recommended to us from a friend, he is reliable, friendly and good value for money. We were having boiler problems and he arrived promptly and advised of our options. We decided to have a new boiler which Steve made an effortless process and after moving some work it was all done very swiftly. He is a very tidy worker and he is now my first choice for future work for my family.

Being new to the area, I booked an annual boiler service with Afterglow after reading the reviews on Google. My boiler stopped working before the service date date I had booked. I contacted Afterglow and Steve came out and repaired the boiler and completed the service at the same time. I was very impressed with the service, care and the quality of work. Amazing customer service! We are in the throes of buying a property and we required some certification relating to their previous installation, which was provided at no cost, very promptly and out of regular office hours. Will certainly be using their services in the near future.

Steve and his team removed our old tank and fitted a new combi boiler in our forever home. The work included relocating the boiler into the loft, installing new pipework and replacing every radiator in the house. Steve estimated that the work would be completed in 5-7 days and he was finished within five. He was very friendly throughout the quoting and installation process and was professional, efficient and time conscious. My husband and I will be sure to use him for our annual services and would recommend him to everyone.

Steve installed our boiler just over a year ago, and we couldn't be happier. We had awkward placement which he worked well with, he extended the flue to meet safety standards, and answered questions we had about it with clarity. He has now done our first service which was quick and professional, leaving the area tidy when he left and sending the certificate through promptly. I recommend Afterglow Heating as often as I can, as I cannot see anyone finding someone more suitable than Steve.

I had my old boiler, cylinder and massive outside flue removed, and a lovely new combi boiler installed with all necessary replacement piping. A few obstacles were easily overcome and dealt with and they kept me informed of everything they were doing. Steve and Mike were friendly and professional throughout the work, they are honest and hard working and I will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic service by Steve from Afterglow. I phoned up to have my boiler serviced and I also had a fault with the boiler. Steve answered and was able to book me in the next day. He came round and was very polite and friendly. I explained the problem and Steve said he could sort the problem out within the service. He serviced my boiler and sorted the problem out and he only charged me £50 for the service. Can not recommend enough. Will be using Afterglow Heating now for all my heating and plumbing needs.
