I had a Mitsubishi 3.5kw mini split unit fitted by Climate Change Services. This was to heat and cool an extension to my house. Chris was very helpful with the spec and once agreed the fitting was quick. The installation took a day, all neat and tidy and I am pleased with the Mitsubishi, the installation and Chris’s work I have no hesitation in recommending Climate Change Services.

New Mitsubishi LN series 5KW single split installed. This is the second installation I’ve had by Climate Change Services and I’m very happy with it. Work was completed quickly and neatly. The AC unit works very well- it’s quiet, cools the room quickly and is energy efficient. Very pleased.

Chris is precisely what you'd hope for from a tradesperson - calm, polite, great communication with intense attention to detail. From the first phone call Chris was straight in to detail and engaged in developing a solution, and was completely up front with the options in terms of both types of units but also the different manufacturers, their pros and cons, instead of just offering the cheapest/most expensive or fastest solution for him to install. The actual installation is spot on - perfection. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their work as Chris, and I couldn't be happier!

Chris's knowledge and work is to an excellent standard with very high levels of attention to detail. Options were initially discussed during a visit to our house and we settled on the Mitsubishi multi split system as they are very quiet when running in silent mode. Chris worked very hard during the recent heatwave to install the whole AC within 2 days so we could benefit from the system as soon as possible. External ducting was run low down to benefit from concealment by the side hedge with only the vertical sections being visible to the 3 rooms and black to match existing downpipes and soffits to blend in perfectly. Chris thoroughly tested the system and provided a detailed handover. Two days on from completion we are very happy with the choice as our whole house now holds temperature at around 21 - 23 degrees when it is 28+ outside. I highly recommend Chris and Climate Change Services!!

Great job, very knowledgeable and extremely competent. I needed my A/C system serviced. Whilst working on my unit, Chris spotted there was mildew attached to an internal cylinder. For an additional cost he was able to rectify the problem and in so doing rendering my 5 year old unit as good as new. Very satisfied!

Absolutely over the moon with the service we have had from Chris / Climate Change Services. The quote we received from CC was the most competitive & the quality of the workmanship was second to none. The system that has been installed is to control the temperature of an external home cinema room and is working lovely to keep the perfect temperature in the room. It was a very hassle free experience where no marks were left on my walls or on the carpet. Chris has even called up a few time to make sure everything is running smoothly. I had Chris Malone round to fit some exterior lights for my back garden. He done a great job. He also isolated and neatened up some other cables that were running through my garden, so that I can use them at a later date. If needed, which was appreciated.
