Having been let down in the past by various other companies , I dubious about looking to get a trader to come and service our boiler. So off I went to read local reviews on that popular search engine. I came across Andy’s company and was impressed with the great reviews, so I phoned up to enquire about booking the job. From start to Finnish the guys that arrived were professional and friendly and worked safely in my property wearing face masks and maintaining social distance. Upon servicing the boiler it turned out a part that controls the boiler had seized due to a build up of limescale Joe contacted Andy and later that day he’d ordered the part and Joe returned today 29th to replace and repair what was a pig of a job due to the limescale that had set like concrete. I can’t praise enough the service these guys gave. Will be booking in again next year for another annual service. 10/10 Thanks guys Wayne n Kelly Cheadle

Great service, 1st Class throughout!! Joe came around a few minutes early to fix a gas leak, service a boiler which hasn’t been used for two years and provide a gas safety certificate. From the start Joe was great working hard and fast to find the leak which involved lifting floor boards and tracing the gas pipes all through the property. After a lot of graft from Joe the leak was found and fixed immediately Joe than serviced the boiler which has not been used for years. He noticed some of the radiators were leaking as they had been removed by the builders. He checked and tightened them all stopping any leaks. We than realised the boiler had a leak which again Joe resolved and fixed in know time at all. Despite servicing the boiler it wasn’t looking good as it was still not powering on. Joe explored every avenue without joy until it came to the pump. This was full of scale and muck from over the years. This was thoroughly cleaned and the boiler than fired up and has been working great ever since. Joe was very professional and kept me informed throughout of what’s happening. Following the appointment he sent me pictures of everything he done and a job sheet within minutes. The price was extremely reasonable coupled with the great service means I’ll be using this company for life. A****

It's a joy to find a tradesman these days who is efficient, dependable and does what he says he is going to do. What a gem! Recently moved into a property with an oil fired boiler, which we had never had before. Only choice really was to look online for an oil boiler engineer & booked Andy on the strength of previous reviews. Was a little apprehensive as we had no idea as to what the cost could be (or being sold something we didn't need). But there was obviously no need for any apprehension whatsoever! A thoroughly nice & decent guy who did a good job at a good price (and gave totally free good advice as regards our future projects on the place). We found Royale Boiler Services through the Worcester Bosch website for a new boiler. They were excellent from start to finish. Andy visited within a couple of days from the enquiry and had the quote back straight away. The new boiler was delivered and installed within just over a week. The workmanship was excellent and left the house very tidy after completion. Would 100% recommend and use again in the future. Thanks Andy, Ben and the rest of the team
