This is the first time I had used JGS, wow - a breath of fresh air from typical heating companies! From the minute I made the first phone call to book the appointment - the lady was polite and professional - the service was booked for 2 days time. I explained to her that my elderly mum was quite deaf and the engineer was so good with her, he explained everything to her and made her feel at ease. Engineers were Scott and Sam - well done both of you, a credit to the company! The boiler needed a small part and again Scott ordered it immediately and came back to fit it the next day. All sorted. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Excellent work from JGS, a quick, helpful boiler installation that was scheduled in quicker than expected despite them being busy and the installers were friendly and professional. Would trust them for any future work without hesitation. Out of 3 it wasn't the cheapest quote but seemed the most reliable and I'm very glad I listened to the positive reviews, they are accurate.

I have used J G S for a number of years and Janson has (at my request) patched up my old boiler many times. I finally bit the bullet and had a new Worcester Bosch fitted. Knowing them sufficiently well, I was confident enough to give them my keys and a really great job was done in my absence. They also replaced two old and manky taps without adding extra labour charges, not to mention repairing the bath panel as part of the process. Highly recommended.

great service turned up on time for the initial repair ,(Been let down buy other company's in Swindon so many times ),the fault was diagnosed and a honest assesment was given as to weather repair the existing boiler or have a new one fitted ,the quotes were sent through v quickly and I decided to have a new boiler fitted ,yet again they turned up on time and completed the job as promised . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use again .
