We got Kingsbury in to do various work around the house. From Boiler installation to the bathroom and Kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Joe designed our kitchen and bathroom and managed the project throughout, always keeping us well informed. Tom walked us through the steps of converting our heating system and due to his advice we were able to make space for a downstairs WC with shower. Excited to have them back in to get that started!

Tom, Dai and Rich were all polite, punctual and professional when they came to replace our hot water cylinder, install a smart thermostat and perform a flush/cleanse of the heating system. Tom in particular was excellent at explaining what needed to be done and why, and the work was carried out to a high standard. We sought the services of Kingsbury Heating & Plumbing Ltd for a project which required: the gutting of our house and the installation of a central heating system, using the new technology of a heat pump, installing cast iron radiators in each room, as well as three new bathroom fit-outs. It was a huge job which required weeks of work, but nothing was too much trouble for Tom and Joe (including lugging all the extremely heavy and cumbersome cast iron radiators all the way up a long driveway when the delivery driver left them at the roadside). Their quality of finish on the bathrooms was superb, as was their technical knowledge and professionalism on all aspects of the job (including some beautifully done carpentry detailing from Joe). There were never problems, only solutions. We obtained quotes for the works from three different companies, with Kingsbury's coming in as the most competitive, but I have no doubt they did the best job, and they were great company as they went about their work, and were always punctual, tidy and liaised with the electricians, carpenters etc when they needed to coordinate their tasks to ensure everything was done in the right order and without getting in the way of anyone else's job. Highly recommended and a lovely team to have around.

Kingsbury heating and plumbing designed and installed our new kitchen. Which we absolutely love! Tom designed the new layout of the kitchen, they ordered and installed everything including our new boiler. Everyone was professional and friendly even their apprentice! Would highly recommend.
