Outstanding service all round. After our old boiler catastrophically failed its inspection, Duchy Gas were able to send someone around to quote for a new boiler that afternoon and installed it within a week. Communication was fast and thorough at every stage, Dax arrived on time, worked diligently and got the job done quicker than we expected. Even after installation, he managed to diagnose a fault (with our pipes, not the boiler) over the phone and resolved it the next morning. I don't know much about the cost of installing boilers, but what they charged seemed fair for the work involved. Can't recommend them highly enough.

What a great service from Dax and Duchy Gas Team. Great communication from Jade for organising the service of my boiler. Dax was very thorough with the service, checking for gas leaks and even sending an electronic copy with photographs of tasks undertaken. Better still is their price which was very competitive. J would not hesitate to use Duchy again, and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I have used Duchy Gas on numerous occasions over the past 2 1/2 years for boiler servicing, fitting a new gas hob and most recently a new boiler and all new radiators, and I am thrilled with the service they provide. From first contacting them about a quote I received a friendly, professional and helpful service, despite asking for numerous different quotes and changing my mind a few times nothing was too much trouble. The engineers are friendly, professional, tidy and experienced and I am thoroughly impressed with Duchy Gas, highly recommend.

Dax took time and great care to think about the best way to install a new gas supply pipe, and did a fantastic day's work to get the job done. Top-class all round service - from office to tradesperson. When my domestic boiler broke down (no hot water or heating) they did a thorough check for the reasons, explained the cause and possible courses of action then got on and undertook the necessary repairs and maintenance promptly and efficiently. I have used Dutchy Gas regularly to service my boiler and have been very happy with the communication, work and price . Sometimes I get an error code and my boiler stops working. Dax patiently talks me through the steps to fix it myself so I do not have to pay for a call out. He does not charge me for his time doing this. So top bloke and top service.

The Duchy Gas Team is a wonderful family run business that have serviced my boilers since 2015. I ring Jade every year to book in for my annual service, she is a delightful young lady. Then a few days later her husband Dax will turn up, always on time I might add and he will service the boiler, let me know of any problems. Dax is very polite and a very tidy worker.
