Outstanding service all round. After our old boiler catastrophically failed its inspection, Duchy Gas were able to send someone around to quote for a new boiler that afternoon and installed it within a week. Communication was fast and thorough at every stage, Dax arrived on time, worked diligently and got the job done quicker than we expected. Even after installation, he managed to diagnose a fault (with our pipes, not the boiler) over the phone and resolved it the next morning. I don't know much about the cost of installing boilers, but what they charged seemed fair for the work involved. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used Dutchy Gas regularly to service my boiler and have been very happy with the communication, work and price . Sometimes I get an error code and my boiler stops working. Dax patiently talks me through the steps to fix it myself so I do not have to pay for a call out. He does not charge me for his time doing this. So top bloke and top service.

The Duchy Gas Team is a wonderful family run business that have serviced my boilers since 2015. I ring Jade every year to book in for my annual service, she is a delightful young lady. Then a few days later her husband Dax will turn up, always on time I might add and he will service the boiler, let me know of any problems. Dax is very polite and a very tidy worker. I have used Duchy Gas on numerous occasions over the past 2 1/2 years for boiler servicing, fitting a new gas hob and most recently a new boiler and all new radiators, and I am thrilled with the service they provide.
