The ease of using the website is great. For someone like me who has no idea in relation to these matters made the selecting, ordering so easy. I was able to upload pictures (and more than I needed) to confirm what the installer would be working with. The installation day came and the chaps arrived on time. They were very good and worked causing the least amount of disruption they could. The fitment appears to be tidy enough and so far, no issues. You will have to go a very long way to find great efficient service like this. Well done and keep up the good work.

The process of buying a boiler online was easy and straight forward and fitted just two days later. The fitter arrived on time and left no mess and took our old boiler away in fact Suly didn't even stop for a brew. We was shown how all the controls worked before the engineer left. The added bonus was the 4 years 0% finance and ten year boiler warranty.

Had to employ another plumber to rectify errors and leaks left by sub contractor. Happy to say that Patrick and the Heatable aftercare team reimbursed this expense. We moved home and had a boiler which was 36 years old so we wanted it replacing ASAP as we have a young child and wasn't sure of how safe it was. Looked at other companies initially, British gas had a waiting list of 3 weeks, boxt had 2 weeks waiting list and heatable were just 3 days so booked immediately. Recieved a phone call the day after rescheduling which, after a bit of a moan, we managed to get an engineer for the day after which wasn't too bad. The boiler and parts arrived but unfortunately the engineer didn't and so we had to reschedule again and thankfully someone was happy to take the job the following day. At this point I was extremely wary and afraid of who we were going to get and if they were up to the job. Joe called us the evening before to confirm he'd be there at 8am, no worries we said! He arrived with another engineer and I cannot sing their praises enough. Kind, courteous and explained the whole process to us and how to use the new hive system. They disposed of the whole of the previous system and cleaned up after themselves. Can't thank them both enough, they really do deserve a pat on the back. Our new heating system works perfectly and isn't costing the earth to use.

Staff were wonderful, price was very competitive and they are approved by the Which regulator. The new one was fitted quickly and the house left spotless. All round, very impressive.

Very impressed with the service from Heatable and their chosen engineer (Rob Harrison Heating). The order process was straightforward, despite some specific requirements from myself including moving the boiler into the attic and converting from the existing horizontal flue to a vertical flue. The fixed price was reasonable compared to some local quotes (and those local quotes came with a lot of um's, err's and oof's!). After placing the order, communication from Heatable was fast and efficient, confirming the order, delivery date (the next day) and the superfluous bits and pieces. I also rapidly received a follow up confirmation call from the engineer. The next day the engineer turned up on time, and started the installation. His communication throughout was friendly, open and exactly to my specification - all very neat and professional. The installation took 2 days, and the engineer came back on the morning of the 3rd to finish and tidy up, which he didn't have to do - but made the job perfect. On completion, I had a call from Heatable to confirm I was happy (and I have no doubt they would have sent the engineer back if I wasn't), and the week after I received my gas safe registration certificate. From start to finish I honestly cannot fault the process, the price nor the engineer and I would not hesitate to recommend. Well done Heatable!

The installers were pleasant, friendly and tidy. The installation was unfortunately quite shoddy, the flu is now sticking out of the front of our period home (which we will pay to have moved as soon as can). They don't do a survey beforehand so didn't forsee this problem, despite the saleman on the phone reassuring us it wouldn't happen this way, and we did send pictures. They also didn't take away the old boiler as was part of our purchase. Overall it works, decent price but perhaps wished we'd paid more and had a more complete job. Probably wouldn't recommend. If you've got an easy little boiler instead probably fine.
