Winston and his team are thoroughly professional and go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy and informed throughout the process. We had an old gas boiler replaced. It was an easy process from booking to installation in about 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

Winston not only took my call on a Saturday but got to my house extremely quickly to repair a cut (by myself!) on my water pipe. Avenue heating have been very supportive to my family in a difficult time, keeping a rather past-it boiler going when we didn't have energy to look into a replacement. Recently we have been able to deal with this, and the new boiler is now in place which is a big relief. Avenue Heating is a fantastic plumbing service! They explain very easily and give you all options. My elderly mum has dementia and we rent out her house. The boiler was having some issues, I was highly recommended Winston and he attended the same day out of normal hours. We were so grateful as British Gas said we had to wait 2 weeks, in the middle of winter. We needed a new boiler, he sourced and fitted it in 7 days, and he even called us a few days later just to check all was well! Thank you for the excellent customer experience. Highly recommend and we’ll defiantly use again! We are very happy and our tenants are safe and warm.

Booking was easy and the call staff were lovely. The Engineer that came round was friendly, fast, chatty and very professional. Communication about the visit from their head office was plentiful and the day after they called to make sure that there were no problems following the visit.
