Our boiler had stopped working due to a suspected leak. We called them on a Saturday evening, and they were round within half an hour to sort it out. My experience with Zahid was very impressive. My central heating system broke down on a cold Sunday evening. Despite already working late on a job late on Sunday he undertook to come round and diagnose the problem. He did that promptly and very politely. He then diagnosed and fixed the problem, which needed parts and a draining of the system. So I was up and running again that same evening and his rates were very reasonable. I had to call Zahid on a sunday morning as our heating wasnt working and I suspected a fault with the diverter valve. He came within the hour and actually found we had a leak in our new kitchen and the boiler itself was fine. Woke up New Year’s Day to a broken boiler!! Rang Zahid at 9am and he was here 40minutes later, diagnosed the problem after exploring the cheaper options first, unfortunately it was the pcb the brain of the boiler and the most expensive. Connected it up and we had hot water and hot radiators by lunch time. Very knowledgeable, helpful and tidy. Thank you so much for repairing our boiler! I contacted Boiler Repairs Watford due to a recommendation given by a friend. I made the mistake of first going to Homeserve and paying for a brand name. BUT the Homeserve engineer's diagnosis and recommendation was very questionable (and so was the quote!). One of the most helpful engineers I have ever come across. Visited on New Years day for a non-emergency and thoroughly investigated our issue including going into the loft to look at the water tank. wow! This guy is unbelievable. You may think that there are too many 5 star reveiws but this guy is brillant!! I got someone else round first when my bolier started leaking water and the guy said that he cannot see where the leak is so it would take him 2 hours or so to dismantle it . because the boiler is old ( about 18 yrs) he said I might be better off with a new boiler. I thought I would get a 2nd opinion and phoned up Zahid as he had soo many 5* reviews but was fairly skeptical. However he came round within 30 mins!! asked a few questions about what was happening and started looking around the boiler and started making a few adjustments and hey PRESTO!! all done and no more leaks..all done in about 40 mins!! very very reasonable too!! cannot recommend him enough!!!

Just started cover with a renowned boiler insurance company to repair my home boiler. Engineer came round and reckoned digital display and timer needed replacing. Did not confirm when parts will be ordered but after constantly chasing them ended up being nearly 2 weeks before they could come again! I cancelled the cover and called Boiler Repairs. He came within the next day and diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day (at a good price). Ended up that it was not the parts that the original boiler company diagnosed as the problem so avoided a massive headache by switching!

Ok where do I start, I called this guy and he turned up promptly like he said he would as he was local. He repaired our boiler on the same day, replacing parts he had sourced at very good prices also locally unlike others who have previously told me that the part will be available next day / week! I found his fault finding method was great even if he did think out loud at times but you could clearly see he had professional knowledge of the ins and outs of how a boiler works with what each components function within the boiler was. By standing next to him I also learned a few things haha! After changing the parts and firing up the boiler he then explained the faults and demonstrated why he changed what he did which was very reassuring. He also recommended a Power Flush which was done the week after along with a service which was competitively priced as I had googled the prices prior to agreeing this. Again during the powerflush he demonstrated exactly what he was doing and the results achieved afterwards showing the shocking amount of debris that was in our system! To be frank, I found him very reasonable, honest and someone who knew exactly what he was doing unlike a previous chap who suggested we changed certain parts as he couldn't be sure why my boiler kept cutting out! Would certainly recommend and will always use for services, repairs and also installations too! Legend!
