A. H.I contacted Shield Plumbing for an issue with underfloor heating. Rob Searle responded in a timely manner, identified the issue, sourced the parts required and returned to complete the repair - excellent service, well mannered and operating in a COVID-safe manner.
In addition to solving the initial problem, Rob discovered a leak in the boiler - again he sourced the appropriate parts swiftly, returned and completed the repair. He returned when I reported a couple of snagging items and swiftly managed everything.
Can't recommend Rob enough for his professionalism; pleasant, explains things in layman's terms, punctual, tidy and does not overcharge! He's now in my address book for any future plumbing issues.
