Absolutely brilliant - Chris and Tony worked like absolutely troopers, turned round a huge amount of work in less than two days. Some of the neatest and tidiest plumbing I have ever seen, and house was left cleaner than when they arrived! Communication was brilliant, Chris was honest and up front about his availability so I could plan accordingly. He kept me appraised of developments while the work was carried out, and talked me through options, so we could get to the best solution for the house and for my family. Would 100% recommend to anyone

Snug Heating removed our old system boiler from our airing cupboard and installed a combination boiler in our attic. Chris and Tony did a fantastic job with all pipework installed perfectly, old boiler/pipework/tanks removed and disposed of, and the workspace left clean and tidy. Both Chris and Tony are honest and pragmatic professionals who a real joy to work with. I fully recommend Snug Heating to anyone with any gas or plumbing issues.

Did they provide a good service? Yes they did. Was it good value for money? Yes it was. Would I use them again? Yes I would. Would I recommend them to you? Of course I would. The job was the replacement of my old gas boiler with a new condensing boiler, but in a different part of the house. Completed on time. However, there was a problem with the control system so I called Chris Hamblen late on a Saturday afternoon. He promptly arrived at 9am on Sunday morning and quickly rectified the situation. Excellent service all round.

We had just moved into our new home to find that our heating wasnt working. We had been quoted £400 to fix the issue by 1 plumber and had called out another plumber also. Both plumbers were good and because we were freezing we were going to just go with 1 of them but I decided it might be best to call a few others just in case. I called around a couple of plumbers late on a friday night, some werent responsive, some said they would try and get to us sometime the following week. Chris was very responsive (late on a Friday night) and came to our house on sunday "as it wasnt right us being without heating in this cold weather". The fix was just clicking a reset button, something the other 2 plumbers failed to do before quoting me £100's to fix the issue. Chris was so genuine and lovely and for first time homeowners it was so comforting to find an honest and decent person who wasnt just trying to just get money. Despite insisting I would pay him for his trouble of coming out to us on a Sunday and fixing thr issue, Chris refused to accept any money. We also spoke to him about getting a Combi boiler put in, unlike the other plumbers we spoke to he talked us through all our options (in a way I would understand) and was really looking at out of the box solutions to give us the best solution for us and our plans for the future. Id highly recommend talking to Chris before accepting quotes from other people. Genuine, honest, trustworthy and lovely guy.
