Had PRA out to come and service my existing air conditioning system, that they installed last year & had them install another unit in one of the bedrooms at the same. They are absolutely brilliant from the first initial contact in 2019 right through to the installation being complete. Very knowledgeable & professional family run business, who put their customers first & remember who they are! Would highly recommended & I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Excellent service from the entire team at PRA .Paul was very clear with his advice on what was needed to cool down our very hot building ,The guys that came to install the units were extremely hard working and polite and kept everywhere spotlessly clean .The units that were installed are doing an incredible job of cooling the building ,where as we deal with the general public we have to keep the temperature as comfortable as possible Fantastic !! My air conditioning decided it was going to cool when on cooling, during the little heat we had the other week just one phone call to PRA and the engineer Elliott was out within 2 hours of the phone call. Elliott tan a few tests and explained what the issue was it was low on gas. The office gave me a call followed by an email to confirm the price to re gas the unit and with you ahead my unit was back up and running keeping my children cool in there play room within 3 hours of the phone call. I highly recommended this company

Last week was the first time I used PRA for maintenance on my 3 units. My previous company no longer trades so I contacted PRA and they was able to work around myself as I work nights so they came late afternoon so I was able to catch up on some zzz. Happy with the service they provided that happy today I have sign a maintenance service contract with them

My air conditioning started to leak that i had installed into my bedroom 2 years ago, i contacted the company that i had the system installed by which the response was i can't get to you for a week or so. So i contact PRA Air conditioning and within 3 hours of that phone call the engineer was here fixing my leak. 100% this is the company i will be using

The guy who came to install the system was very courteous and helpful. When there was an issue with the system a few weeks later he promptly returned and repaired the problem without fuss. The annual service was also carried out at short notice and again without fuss. Happy with the service provided.
