We've been installing Worcester boilers for over 15 years. It is always our recommended boiler for customers who want quality, reliability and great aftercare. They offer extended guarantees on their boilers between 10 and 12 years. We cannot fault their products and customer service. If you're looking to spend your money wisely you can't go wrong with installing installing a Worcester Bosch boiler.

23 years ago we had a Worcester Bosch 28 CDI condensing gas boiler installed in our home. It gave outstanding service for 22 years, only needing repair on one occasion. In late 2021 we decided to replace it, purely because of its age. Naturally we again chose Worcester Bosch. In October 2021British Gas fitted a Green Star 30Kw 4000 GR4700/WC condensing boiler. After a year of living with this boiler we are stunned at the performance and in particular the quietness of it. It just cannot be heard unless you are right up against it. This demonstrates how Worcester Bosch have developed their products over the past couple of decades to embrace new technologies to produce a very efficient and impressive product that runs silently (almost). This is the second time in two months that we have had to call out an engineer, FOR THE SAME FAULT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. We were without a boiler, heating and hot water, fir almost 4 days, in awful weather conditions. Worcester Bosch please note.

We have had boiler for just over five years with no problem. But about a week ago we noticed that the pressure gauge was get very high and nearly in the red I drained some water out the heating system to reduce the water pressure but within a few days the water pressure was high again. So we called Worcester Bosch service centre and we was told that the service engineer could call the next day due to work commitments I asked if engineer work Saturday's and the reply was yes so we booked for the Saturday. On the Saturday the engineer came and replaced a faulty filler tap and repaired within an hour the engineer was very friendly and polite.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE Me and my father who’s company is David fergus plumbing ltd in Glasgow we have installed Worcester Bosch boilers for 15 years and have never looked back the part that Worcester stand out from the red is not just the quality of there boilers it’s is there outstanding customer care back up I had one of my boilers go on the blink last night my customer made an appointment thru there call centre and was told it would be 3 days time my customer called me To inform and I said due to her husband been seriously ill at the moment I would speak to my technical sales area manger Kevin Torrance who not only this time but many others before has gone out his way to get us a engineer to a job or is always available on the phone for advice he’s a credit to the heating industry and Worcester Bosch all goes above and beyond as for this job within 1 hr the engineer was on his way to my customer who was delighted and everything back up and running as should be within the 1hr he was there we have a happy customer and dosnt need to worry now about the heating cutting out and can look after her husband it’s not just the boiler your paying for it’s the aftercare aswell you can thank Worcester for that 😀👍

We have a Bosch service plan. We had a problem of no hot water and a leak from our boiler. We had to wait 4 days for the engineer to come out which was disappointing. However, when Dan came out he was excellent. He sorted the problems and was both polite and courteous.

We had a new Worcester/Bosch Greenstar 4000 30Kw Combi boiler installed on 19.10.21 by Paul Ridgen, installation took just over half a day including an extra radiator. We are very pleased with the performance of the new boiler. Paul and his partner were very clean, courteous and tidy workmen and explained the operation of the boiler and control unit. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Had a greenstar external oil combi installed. Independent installer couldn’t commission it as it showed an error code and water was leaking from inside. Within 24hrs Worcester sent Joe - their local engineer for Merseyside and west lancs. He was very polite and professional and refused to be beaten by an issue he’d never come across before. 3 hours later (they’re allotted 1hr to each call out) and joe declared victory! Heating and hot water on. He even checked our installers work and gave it a thumbs up. Top man👍

We had a new Worcestor Bosch boiler installed 6 years ago, when we had our whole central heating system replaced by a local heating company. We have it serviced every 12 months by the same company, and in that time it has been faultless. We have never had a single issue with it in those 6 years. The heating company recommended this make, and we are glad they did, as the last thing you need is a troublesome boiler. It is quiet, efficient and economical. It came with a 7 year warranty, and as mentioned earlier we have never had to call on it. I think this length of time is a good test, which is why I have not done a review before. Excellent product.

Have been really pleased with the performance of my new boiler but you don’t really get an insight into a company until you call them for help. Boiler developed a small leak and from the 1st contact with WB to the visit from the engineer, they were excellent. Lots of email and text reminders about the appointment. Engineer was really nice, turned up right on time and sorted issue without any fuss. Even emailed me a copy of the engineers report afterwards. I’m really pleased I chose a WB product now, great to know I will be this well looked after with any warranty claims. Please keep up the good work!

+ They replaced a diverter in my old boiler for a £275 "call out fee". Good engineers did reliable work (hence, the stars). - 10 weeks later they replaced a cooler for a repeat of the above fee. This was not made clear on the phone so I feel ripped off. In these times with money a serious issue I need to make the point that a large business like this ought to consider their pricing to do their bit to help society. Feel free to get back in touch if you can be fair and put right this situation financially. Doing the right thing doesn't mean refunding a customer in full - it means refunding part of it fairly.

I contacted Worcester Bosch on the 23rd of December with an intermittent fault, expecting a visit sometime in the New Year especially as the boiler was working so I was somewhat surprised when they said they would visit on the 28th of December. They kept me informed of timings with emails and messages and the engineer duly turned up as promised and did a thorough check of the boiler replacing the suspect part. He then discovered that the gas pressure was too low, which meant he would have to switch the gas off. Now I realise that people are going to think how is this a 5 star rating now you have no boiler in winter. Well I look at it differently, he did his work professionally and probably saved further call outs as the boiler would have likely failed again. In my presence he called Wales & West Utilities who reacted very promptly and had to dig up and replace my gas pipe to finally fully solve the issue. So all in all I am very impressed with Worcester Bosch and also their interaction with the gas supplier. They deserve the 5 star rating.
