Our pcb failed in one of our server room air cons. Although the PCB was a bit costly it was better to replace it than change the whole system. A previous engineer said these weren't available and that the manufacturer did not produce them. Zero Degree saved us a fortune by not having a new install and they found this part. Very impressed with this company. In the middle of a heatwave and COVID pandemic, when they've way busier than normal, they got back to me within an hour. They were so swamped with installation requests that they're engineers were working Sundays, at no additional cost to the customer. Was given an appointment within 3 days and kept informed when the engineer was running slightly behind schedule on that day. The engineer himself (Garrick) was a credit to the company. Very polite, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.

That old server room AC had its run, this new Panasonic system is amazingly powerful and the servers are running at standard temperature. I had many problems to find a reliable A/C company in London and in some cases the experience was horrible. I found Air Conditioning London and they replied very quickly and with a good understanding of the problems. The engineers are knowledgeable and friendly. There were some mistakes (not due to them) but they company offered a compensation for the extra time. I recommend it.

Amazed by the speed of this company. Apparently if you leave a review you receive a further discount on another call out visit also. Friendly staff and friendly engineers unlike some arrogant air conditioning engineers out there, it is nice to feel you are not being ripped off. Thank you very much.

Wow these guys were super fast. James was ever so helpful on the phone in the first instance, then we booked an engineer for next day where as 2 other company's said between 42 to 72 hours, and was puzzled as to why it would take so long when it isn't even summer yet :| Paul the engineer was amazing and rectified our noisy ac unit without complication and ease. Would most definitely recommend this company to any commercial business in London. They are a family run company so i hear and are tight knit, which is better than a large conglomerate team that you cannot speak with on a human level. Thanks Guys hopefully won't be needing you any time soon but if we do you are always first choice. Clarissa XX
