Having used Ashley and his team for many years for boiler repairs and services we had to fit a new boiler which was done with no fuss and no mess. The guys explain whats going on, how to use the equipment and when they'll need to come back to carry out a service. The mother-in-law even used them!! first class response to our first call out, replaced our faulty old boiler with a new Worcester heating system which has proved to be a lot cheaper to run than our old system. all the work was carried out in just a couple of days by workmen working to a high standard and with a minimum of mess. on completion we were well informed by the gas engineer on the working and settings of the new boiler. on the same day the owner of the company Mr Ashley Wilson called at the house to make sure we were happy with the job which had been done, nice to find a company which puts its customer care high on its list of priorities

We have used AW Renewables for all our heating and plumbing requirements in our home for some years now and we have always found them to be totally honest and helpful. Their approach is always to arrive at the best solution for the customer, even if this means leaving everything unchanged until a new installation is required. A typical example of this: when we first approached Ashley about a new boiler as ours was around 15 years old, he told us that it should keep going for a few more years so advised us to wait. We did this and, when the plastic bits statred to fall off a couple of years later, we made the devision to renew it even though it was still working.
