I have been there 30 times absolutely incredible. i went excited to try this place and i was not disappointed. The restaurant is lovely, the staff and Owners are all so friendly, quick and helpful while delivering incredible customer service. Not to mention the food is incredible! i had the Oreo cookie dough and it was delicious. i would 10000% recommend visiting plus It was delicious and the food was amazing. were very nice and it had fast service which delivered great desserts the names of the stuff is Zohaib and Shahrukh . The guy on the floor is so kind and helpful he is the best wrok he told me his name is Zain Mahmood and the girl is Mahmuda she was so kind and asked me if you need anything let me know and she want and got me a glass of water and they best costumer Service

This place is every kids dream, huge ice cream, hundreds of flavours, massive milkshakes, desserts so large it takes two to finish them, sparkling walls, tv and music everywhere. It is very expensive for what you get around £7 or more for each item. It is very clean and funky looking, there where lots of Staff but they were very nervous but I guess it’s because it was all new. Disabled and Prams access was good. Not sure if I would go again just due to the price more than anything. Parking was about 5 mins walk away so not bad.

The location is very nice, the design and ambiance is amazing. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The menu is rich and colourful. We ordered milk chocolate cookie dough with vanilla ice cream and one capuccino and one Chai. The cookie dough came just in 1 minute which is very strange. The taste and texture feels like it was microwaved, which could be much more better if it was heated a little bit in an oven. In addition, the presentation is boring. The cupuccino was good. The Chai was not as expected. It looks like a red tea, maybe the taste was close to Chai but we expected the chai like creamy tea or so. To be honest, as first try, it did not meet my expectations. In the presence of a serious competitor just few meters away, this place should work harder to be better.

Generous portions of a large range of deserts - coffee is strong and hot. The ice cream sundaes are mountainous and the real ice creams are tasty but the overall effect is somewhat spoiled by using cheap soft-whip type substitute for a significant proportion of the serving.

Food arrived 5 minutes early and was warm, which was good but there were issues. I ordered a cookie dough which has ice cream in the description. Previously, I have also selected the vanilla ice cream in the options that come up when you select the dish but thus has resulted in me getting two lots of ice cream and the vanilla goes in the bin so I decided not to select it this time. Apparently, this means that they also ignore the ice cream that is in the description so I didn't get any salted caramel ice cream either, just the cookie dough and other toppings. I tried to call the place six times to give them chance to rectify the issue but the line was engaged on a couple of occasions or just kept ringing and went to voicemail after a while. This being the case, they are now getting a negative review from me as they clearly don't care about customer service. We shall be going to a different place in the future which is cheaper and provides better service. Not worth the most expensive prices in town!

Two of the deserts came... and then we literally had to wait another 15/20 minutes before the other two desserts finally arrived despite numerous requests. This ruined the mood of the evening.
