As a self proclaimed foodie and ice cream lover, this takes the cake (literally) of being beautiful in presentation, taste and flavour. Being a chocolate and Nutella lover this is absolutely perfect. Too bad there isn't any in England. 1 of the must try in my Belfast trip.

Great wee place, great service. Wee chocolate fountain/tap that they use to dribble over the ice cream. Wee photo of the display hopefully shows flavours. We had chocolate, mint, honeycomb and salted caramel (it's more golden-see bottom right, rather than white with bits of caramel). All tasted yummy. Loads of typical toppings available.

A Nuggy Pot is a must get on a warm, bright day. Generous servings: two ice cream flavours, three toppings (which are layered) plus sauce and another serving of vanilla (but tastes more milky than vanilla) ice cream if you so choose. Wise not to get gummy bears though, they don't work with ice cream, frozen hard! Nugelato have a loyalty app where you can collect stamps for a free Nuggy Pot, worth checking out if you're a regular.

Beautful ice cream and delicious coffee. The nuggy pot is my absolute favourite and the kinder bueno sauce is out of this world! Great selection of desserts as well with churros, mini pancakes, waffles and crepes 😍

amazing ice cream but everytime i’ve been the staff NEVER wear gloves, which they do in other stores. as someone who’s worked in food preparation with training in proper hygiene that is something that has put me off wanting to go to this store

Fantastic choice of ice cream flavours, we particularly loved the biscoff (which is currently limited edition!) and the biscoff sauce was incredible! The woman that was working yesterday was SO friendly and helpful - she’s an absolute credit to the business, honestly! I would highly recommend 🍦

This place is bomb. And staff are so friendly. We ordered the cream egg pots made up with ice cream toppings and cream egg of course, which are yum. There is always a massive queue btw. I Definitely recommend trying here

The very best bar none ice cream in Belfast. Be prepared to queue the odd time but worth the wait. Parking can be tricky but gives you a chance to work off 4 or 5 calories to ease your guilt on account of consuming such decadent dairy product :-)

Excellent ice cream shop I felt like an excited child and I'm 44 was nearly going to push kids out of my way but was held back to get served brilliant shop to bring the wife the kids and the girlfriends if the wife is not there lol It was intense and tickled the tops of my wife's lips and then down to the deepest part of her weeping body I followed the melting butter scotch go down to the deepest depths of my wife's legs where they started to make little puddles, IT WAS AMAZING BEST WOULD VISIT EVERY DAY 💏💑

The ice cream is good, however the staff is not that friendly, I didn't feel that the customer service was that good, when I first entered to the shop ( I was using my face mask) and I felt uncomfortable in the way that one of the staff ( one lady aged around hers 40s were looking at me) At the moment they are offering takeaway ice cream however they got some tables and chairs to sit outside the shop. The ice cream can melt very easy and make a mess however, the do not offer a toilet or sink where to wash your hands. The tables outside were dirty, even when they were two people working, and there wasn't too many customers they didn't care about the outside hygiene specially knowing that we still are having a bad time with the covid-19. Don't take me wrong the ice cream was good, however their customers service and hygiene with the tables outside need to improve.

Can see why the one in Newcastle is so popular. This place is chocolate / ice cream paradise. First visit, but the staff were really decent too. Get plenty of napkins!

It was a lonesome night the weather was frightening and eerie. I did NOT enjoy my current geometric positioning, I wanted out...bad. As I was approaching the spot where my mummy said she would pick me up in her 2012 Ford Galaxy 1.8 litre I noticed an ice cream shop. Now any other day I may stroll past a commoners ice scream shop. But that night, that night was different. I said to myself "to heck with it" and I entered the shop. The ice cream was good.

Dear reader, I hope you had a happy Valentine’s Day yesterday ;). I went to Nugelato once. Then I went again and again. That’s 1+1+1 which equals 3. I have been to Nugelato 3 times. The first time I went it was a cold day. I walked in and it was busy for a lunch time. I ordered a rocky road nuggy pot( there was no 15 flavour). A nuggy pot is £3.95. That’s an ok price for the amount of ice cream you get.

Wowzerz, what a pleasure. Seats an adequate height for an average 5'8" man. Huge variety of ice-cream (I think even more than 3!!). Served by quite a small male, no more than 5'5", long brown hair, brown eyes, polite smile; he slapped on a big slab of vanilla ice coream onto my cone. My eyes filled with delight when he squeezed out some thick, chocolate sauce and topped it off with some sprinkles and ofcourse, a cheeky wink. Good place, well priced. Think they need to turn the temperature up in the place though, think I caught a cold. End of Pt. 1

I love nugelato ice cream the most 😍 I've been to all the stores and it amazes me how friendly the staff are in every store, but 1 member of staff in particular blew me away in the belfast store, she was soo lovely and the mother and kids infront of us, had never been before and she was so good with the kids, explaining the different things they could get!
