They do nice bubble waffles with a variety of ice-creams and toppings. They also do a large variety of fancy teas but tea isn't my thing. Very busy if you're there the weekend as lots of teens are there. More quiet during week days

The ginger tea here is really good and worth a try at least once I'd day but it cost £4.50 which I felt was really expensive for a cup of tea. You can also get a variety of waffles and ice-cream at this place and this is very easy to find as its in city center. I'd give it 3.5 stars but can't really do so as the options unavailable hence it's down to 3 stars.

Really good drink!!! We ordered the Matcha Dirty milk drink. The staff are friendly and nice. It is our first time to visit this bubble tea shop, they are patient to explain. We will definitely come back for some other drinks and food~

Hot sugar milk bubble tea is just hard to beat! Buy I love the fruit teas with fruit popping bubbles too- always so hard to choose!! If you have never tried it, you're missing a treat 😋

Great place for bubble tea, definitely not the last time I'm here! Great selection, clean and quiet location and very pleasant staff. The strawberry ice tea I had today was excellent! Very convenient location in the very centre of Belfast, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone :)

What a Japanese Treasure! First time on Tea House Belfast today after being curious about the big trend that "Boba Tea" has become; loving all things Asian, I can say that the quality of the food, tea and service were 5* Had a Dirty Milk Boba Tea, Takoyaki, Chicken Dumplings and Teriyaki Skewers... all three dishes were superb. Definitely coming back.

I only go to the tea house for my sister as she loves their lemon iced tea, last time we where in they did these Japanese cream cakes in little pots which not only looked adorable but also tasted delicious.

Had some lovely lemonade although was (extremely) sweet, my sister got bubble tea which wasn't as sweet and tasted great, I'll definately get that next time. Service was quick and staff where very attentive and kind. I would like to ask maybe for them to consider having healthier treats on the menu not just everything fried. And also expand on vegetarian food. However the place looked quite small so I suppose maybe they don't have that much space. Would %100 recommend the bubble teas though and lemonades can't wait to try them all if I get the chance.

The best tea you will ever have in your life! If you are ever in Belfast, GO HERE! My family loved the charcoal and matcha milktea the most! Even their snack food are good 😋👍🏼

honestly I'm not one of those people that obsesses over bubble tea, but i can't get enough of this place. the workers are just the sweetest and their drinks are delicious. if you post a photo of you there and post it on instagram, they repost it and i've found that you can meet a lot of cool people through it. a cool little feature of the place is the tip jar. if you put money on the tip jar, the plastic figure... eats it? you'll have to find out for yourselves. disclaimer: this is my sister in the photo

I loved the bubble tea but the woman at the counter didn't understand English well and the order took quite long. I still recommend the place tho! Will definitely come back once I'm in Belfast again

UPDATED-Read Below A really good thing about this shop in particular is that it is in the middle of City Centre so I don’t have to travel ages to get my tapioca pearl or popping boba fix. Despite being small, the interior is super cute and homey and the staff are quite helpful. A downside is that recently I feel the quality of the milk teas have dropped which is super disappointing, for instance the pearls taste overcooked or the drink I ordered that used to be quite sweet and rich in flavour in the past has stopped having that sweetness and richness that I’m particularly drawn to which is a shame. -Maybe a change of staff or that the staff are in a rush to get the orders done. However, I’m glad the owners decided to open up to an accessible and convenient place in town, and the other drinks are amazing such as the blue fizzy lemoney one with the pineapple flower in the drink it’s super cute and paired with popping pearls is so good! EDIT: 25th June So I have visited frequently over the past months after writing this to try other items on the menu and I was particularly drawn to the long fries! They are super duper yummy and makes me want to explore the whole food menu. But the item so far that rivals other Tea Shops has to be their limited edition Lychee and Peach iced tea! (I think it’s not on the actual menu so therefore it won’t be around long 🥲) It’s just amazing, especially with toppings such as coconut jelly and passionfruit popping pearls. I wish they would keep it on the menu because it would be such a shame to only experience it for a short time. I definitely would buy and buy again, and it’s perhaps became my favourite iced tea combo in Belfast, which is why I have decided to change my rating of 4/5 to a 5/5.

Iced strawberry jasmine tea is delicious. Great iced coffee! Can definitely recommend.

Best bubble tea in belfast, comparable to those in other cities, and at a decent price. It actually tastes like milk tea and bubbles are just right, short waiting time, and friendly staff. Could have better selection though.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this shop, wish we could bring you back to Galway with us. We visited Belfast for 3 nights and we came across this little gem. My husband and I got the original milk tea the 1st day, it was so good we went back every single day after that, some days getting 2 each(We both tried different things after that). The day we were going back to Galway we had to get a Large size milk tea to sip on the journey back. Staff were really nice and gave recommendations of what to try. When back to Belfast will defo come back. You should consider opening a spot in Galway city, ill be dere everyday(as unhealthy that sounds)

The prices are very good compared to other bubble tea places. The staff is super nice , I wanted a bubble tea with coffee which is not something they had in the menu but the barista was kind enough to make one custom made for me ! And the bubble teas are very very good and tasty.
