Z. H.The name is quite misleading, as it's a dessert place, not a chaii place. And after getting a large hot chocolate, it was just filled up halfway. Aesthetically really beautiful place, hours are a bit weird but if they change their name it makes sense to only be open in the evening
M. S.Let me just start by saying this place is absolutely phenomenal. The decor is very pleasing and the vibes were on point. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the lad at the till I think his name was Kash. The desserts were amazing and I'd definitely come back here with my family !!!

S.Tea is great here. The seating are wasn't too spacious but the staff were great and catered to us by joining tables together. The Kinder chocolate was really good! The decor is stunning and very instagrammable and service was great too.

V. H.Excellent Chaii, Excellent Donuts. The tea is creamy and sweet and full of flavours. The donuts are insane. Remind me of fresh carnival donuts: crispy on the outside, warm and moist in the middle and loaded with chocolate sauce and all sorts of toppings.
F.I’ve heard so much about this place from other people and thought I have to try it for myself! The aesthetics were amazing and the service was astounding. The vibes, drinks, and staff were amazing. Especially kash who was really friendly and attended to all our needs :)
