Visited this evening with my family can say I had a lovely time. Kids enjoyed the ice cream. Great for a family day out. Didn’t realise they do hot food too, so tried a beef burger and must say it was very nice. Will be back.

What a lovely place!! Decor is real nice and staff are lovely too, the maitre d’ was very cheerful & helpful too. Ordered a good mix of items from the venue it came out fairly quickly, presentation was delightful, thank you for extending our table to accommodate the whole gang.

Went out this evening with work colleagues can say I had fabulous time. Everyone enjoyed there desserts would recommend everyone to try it. Staff were extremely polite friendly and helpful and welcoming great day out will be back.

Took my kids here tonight & was the perfect place for a simple get away with great food, amazing atmosphere and beautiful decorations. Well worth it, kids loved it especially my twins & the staff was awesome especially Nadia who’s energy went well with this place!

Absolutely love this place. The staff are super friendly, the desserts are awesome and they have my favourite banana ice cream, if in Birmingham and want dessert this is a place to check out. Milk cake is served in what I can only describe as ras malai milk!

Velvet freak shake Cookie crush cream rolls Kinder Bueno crepes Served by Nas Time taken to order 7--8mins Time to wait for food:32mins Time taken to eat about 3 and 1/mins following some extensive brainfreeze. Freak shake was (okish) Cream rolls were nice i especially appreciate the extra slice of gelato (Thanks Nas) Kinder bueno crepes were nice if a bit sickly Time spent in a sugar coma afterwards.... (1-2 hours)

Nice place with great customer service. Ordered a cake shake and was disappointed as it was just like a normal milkshake so it wasn't really worth it for how much I paid. The desserts were just okay. Otherwise, the staff were polite and friendly.

This place is unique and more than just a dessert parlour like I initially thought. The menu includes burgers, hot dogs and some items that I’ve not seen anywhere else like waffle pizzas. The desserts are very different to desserts from other dessert parlours especially the cream curls which are defo worth trying. Customer service was great and I will certainly be returning again to try rest of the menu!

Excellent went with family. Its much more suitable for families than other places. They play nasheeds quietly. Other places have loud music which makes it impossible to have a conversation. Deserts are delicious and reasonably priced

Went there with my mates. Food was great. The staff were really friendly and the food came quickly. Really enjoyed the loaded fries and burgers and the best thing was the ice cream rolls. Will be going there regularly and trying out the rest of the menu.

Great variety of desserts, they were all delicious. The staff were amazing and so was the customer service, nice clean shop. Milkshakes were very nice and so was the moktail the ice cream rolls were the best!! Best dessert place i’ve been too in a while definitely worth ordering you won’t regret it!!

Really nice place an all the staff are very pleasant an friendly. The deserts and food are all top quality their desserts are something else. Sadly the guy in the American basketball hat does not know anything about customer service just standing behind the counter not speaking not replying and not taking any orders just give every customer evil eyed look. I hope he is nothing to to with the establishment. As this place is really nice and I do hope they stay open as it has become my regular. An you dont want I'll I'll mandem people who have no customer service that will affect the business. Guy was just there not taking order when u spoke to him he ignored you. Seriously when you got a good business concept last thing you need is a ill mannered person to ruin it. With nothing customer service.

Ordered via Uber eats, gotta say I love the menu selection, nice and packed. Ordered 2 cookie doughs, cornflake tart and a karak chai. Everything was quite decent only disappointment was the scoops of ice cream that came with the cookie dough looked like less than half a scoop or even a teaspoon of ice cream which was very annoying especially when you paid a decent amount.

Great food took a bit of time but well worth the wait piping hot and fresh. Great desserts, perfect amount of sweetness not sickly sweet could easily have had another few rolls of ice creams (what a thing ice cream is now rolled instead of scooped didn't think I would live to see the day). Great drinks, wonderfully refreshing great pallet cleansers. Very impressed by staff they were very busy but managed to remain polite and friendly considering they are new they performed above and beyond under pressure. I will definitely return and bring others, keep up the good work guys hope a few other places in Birmingham raise their standards to match yours.

My only regret about this place is that we didn't know they served hot food as well. It appears to be another dessert shop but unless you know of them, you'd be mistaken. Definitely one for a family trip. Clean, well laid out, prompt service. The pink tea is very nice, as was my daughters dessert, which she refused to share despite it being quite sizeable! She couldn't finish it so we asked for it to go in a takeout cup. They kindly topped it off with cream too! At a time when people are overcharging for mediocre food, the service we received here was a breath of fresh air. Back for the savouries next time in sha Allah.

The cashier kj was such a sweet soul, amazing service, she made the experience worth while and iv never ever experienced customer satisfaction like this. And the cola millions milk shake was heavenly. Had so much flavour in a small cup. Furthermore, she was very bubbly easy to talk to and helped me understand the menu. You guys absolutely have such a gem at the till and I know for a fact others feel the same way about the cashier.

Great ice cream rolls. We tried to enjoy a meal there but they decided to have a spring clean by moving the tables and chairs nd sweeping right near us. So you look and you see them gathering dust and rubbish worrying if the dust will fly into your food. Maybe some training on customer service will help them.

First time I went today around 19:00 & the girl that served us (sorry I didn't even ask for your name) was very nice. Very polite. Very friendly. The creps that where ordered were fresh was really nice, didn't wait long. She even came out & gave me the creps in my hand. The place is amazing so clean tidy. Decorated beautifully can not fault at all. Such a hard choice what to get as everything looked amazing. Staff didn't appear lazy at all. The girl that served me she gave the care home staff free doughnuts which was so lovely on behalf of Clifton house care home. We appreciate what you did & will be back. Thank you so much. You all deserve a pay rise. Keep up the good work. Your effort was appreciated after a long 12 hour tiring shift 💘

The guy who I think was the manager/owner was touching his ears behind the till counter which I found unhygienic but thankfully he wasnt dealing with the food otherwise I would not had ordered. I ordered a cookie dough . It was ok not something I would come back for . The ice-cream rolls looked good.Staff were polite and service was ok- the team did look stressed which is understandable as they are new business .

Absolutely lovely atmosphere, lovely decor nice place to take pic, staff were really friendly and helpful, it was our first time so we went on the recommendation of the staff, I had the waffle pizza, which I was really pleased with and I would defo recommend it. it’s something different and I haven’t seen any one serving this before!! , my kids loved the ice cream and the mocktail topped it off, it’s and all rounder, keeps the adults and kids happy, will defo be back. The shop was really clean aswell, and the toilet facilities were good, they had a baby Changing facilities too which a lot of shops tend too not have on Ladypool road!!!!

It's ok not so bad there are just newly open so give em a chance to mature. They do pizza,burgers ect also aswell as dessert. All I will say is work on the waffles don't dry em out and ice cream needs to be alot creamy. The deco is nice. I was a little disappointed but I will try again sometime and will give another update. Xx

Great place ,very vibrant atmosphere. The ice cream is something new, prepared I don't know how but feels like cake and melts in the mouth like ice cream,wow. Also the freak shake is a must order . You won't be needing sugar for a few days after consuming this monster shake. Awesome alhamdulilah. Do check it out ,I'll be visiting again with kids insha-Allah
