I recently been to Cafe Cream in Birmingham, it is spacious and elegant cafe, I enjoyed my waffle and the ice cream. The customer service was absolutely great, specially I want to thank Amaan who was ready to answer all your question and helped us with our order he was very polite, I had the best experience from the cafe. Second time going here after the Alphonse mango sorbet it's so good, this time I was given the slush to try. The flavours are nice even the strawberry flavour doesn't taste like that artificial stuff, the texture of the ice is not as fine as a regular slush which I personally liked because I enjoy eating ice. it's around the corner from ciniworld by 5ways opposite zeytoon restaurant and is currently the only site selling slush. I enjoyed the larger ice so would totally get it again.

Visted here as its across the road from Cineworld, having had to wait quite a long to be seated it took me a while to suss that no one was going to take me order an that you have to go to the counter and place your order there. When finally got served our desserts they were lovely presented and were really yummy, were very reasonable prices xx

However I was waiting quite a while for my dessert to come out, the staff member also made a few minor errors with our order (e.g. gave us ice cream when we asked for cream, forgot to give us tap water) however the dessert was still delicious.Creams is a great place to catch up with friends. I have been there twice, once for eat in & once for takeaway. It is conveniently located just off Broad Street. The interior is vibrant & well decorated. The portion sizes are huge & the Sundae/waffles well presented. However, the ice creams are too sweet & slightly lacking in flavour. The service is slow, especially for takeaways. I noticed that they serve the people eating in first before serving those waiting for a takeaway (even though they will still take everyone’s orders). The staff are not rude but they are not enthusiastic & don’t seem to enjoy their job. In my opinion, Creams cafe is worth a try but nothing special. They could do better by improving on the quality of their ice creams & serving customers quicker.

What can I say? Ice cream heaven! Not only that, they also serve a wide-range of crépes and waffles. I always order the hazelnut choc ice cream with ferreros on it. Amazing selection of desserts! The food was great, however the cleanliness and service could be better. The table we had wasn't clean prior to sitting down. I also had an issue with my order. The staff member did not fully explain the ice cream didn't come with my "build your own" order and rather than 95p extra it would of been £2+ extra just for one scoop. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it because the minimum card order was £5 and they weren't willing to assist me despite spending almost £13 already. On the other hand, the presentation and quality of the food tastes great. The venue is very nice and they play good music. (3.5*'s)

Nice desserts overall, but things don't quite match up to what was on the menu (no mango pieces in mango sundae etc). The best value way to eat is to order three gelatos/sorbets and add on any extras. It's good value during the government 50% off scheme, but too expensive otherwise. It's also worth mentioning that they seemed understaffed (only two people working).

Members of staff are doing really good job to bring this place back to where it was before lockdown so If you looking for nice place with nice deserts and great atmosphere I am high recommending this place.

OMG I had the BEST crepe(s) I have EVER had!!!! I have tried many dessert places and none of them come close to this one!! I had a strawberry banana crepe. For the same price as you pay in any other dessert places, you'd normally get 1 average good enough crepe whereas in Creams Cafe, you get two HUGE delicious crepes for the same price!!!! I never knew about this place, but I'll definitely come back and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends. Also, I've read almost all of the other reviews and I have to say I'm quite surprised but I think it's because when I went it was was pretty empty but I know they're quite busy in the evenings so better choose anytime before 5 p.m. when it's not busy, that's my advice. Edit: I went in another time and I have to say I'm quite disappointed and I can definitely approve everything that's been said in the previous comments about the bad service and the look on the staff faces, and their attitudes completely uninterested about customers. As someone else stated, if you just come in, sit down and don't talk to anyone, (try to) enjoy your food and leave then you won't have any problems. But if you're looking for a bit of customer service, a smile and friendly face you're definitely not going to find it in this place.

I visited today with a friend and it was alot larger then what i was expecting which was nice however I initially came to have their waffles filled with cookie dough however when we went to order we was told they had no waffles at all so we had to change our whole order so then i ordered a red velvet cookie dough and they gave me a red velvet cake. Ok fair enough easy mistake to make and the worker fixed this as i showed her my receipt but i can say the customer service was not the best, debating wether to come back because i did want to try their stuffed waffles however after this experience i am not sure

The sundaes are great, the ice cream is lovely and smooth and really tasty. The only thing that lets it down is the cleanliness, there are lots of messy tables and there was some kind of syrup on the bottom of my glass which wasn't part of my sundae. I've seen this place on all of my friends' snapchats and every single on of them loves it. It's not too expensive and the food was amazing. I would definitely come here again and I give it a 11/10. As from all the creams I've tried it is still the same thing, the food here just tastes average and not the best. The atmosphere here is amazing though! The layout and design of the place is the attractive part and which made me go in and try out this one. The previous Creams place I tried was in London and that was a cubby small place with the food tasting below average. This place atleast makes it to an average.

To anyone who is new to this place... THE PORTION SIZES ARE MASSSIVE!!! I was prejudice about this place due to it's decore but it just proved to me that you can't judge a book by it's cover... it was delicious! There's a Nando's/Cinema oposite so it's CONVENIENT too. The only slight downer was that it was cold inside, it's more of a summer place in my opinion but would probably go again during winter for a hot chocolate or a warm cookie dough!!!😋
