I went here with my parents and I got the brown sugar milk. The workers seemed.. bored sort of? That's for the 4 star. But other than that, the drink was delicious. It had the right sweetness and the pearls were nice and chewy; not too hard. I'm going here again to try another flavour out. Definitely recommend this place.

I love this place, I got here all the time, I’ve been to many boba places across the UK and this is by far the best boba place I’ve ever been to. None other boba places compare. If it’s your first time coming here, I suggest you get the vanilla

I had a bad day yesterday and decided to walk and buy Taro Milk tea. Unluckily, when the guy handed me over the milk tea in a bag and am about to go out, it slipped in my hand and it spilled I was so sad again but I said I'm going to buy again sorry for the mess and I cleaned the spilt tea I was waiting for my reorder as soon as he finished making it he handed me over a new cup and Il pay again but he said it's for free. ai really appreciate you on that day. i have tried almost every flavour and every bubble tea shop in birmingham yet i always come back to happy lemon. best best best brown sugar fresh milk tea ive ever had. the BEST. i have never tasted such a smooth silky creamy bubble tea with soft soft chewy sweet tapioca. tastes amazing every time, i never go elsewhere for a trusted brown sugar bubble tea (unless its to try somewhere new and it never cuts the same as happy lemon). The green tea with taro balls is also decent. I dont really like cheesecake drinks in general but this one was decent too. but HIGHLY recommend the brown sugar milk tea from here. no where else will EVER compare. and for those complaining about customer service, youre there to just order and go... i dont see how youre ending up in such situations when all u need to do is order and go

Went for bubble milk tea. Nice drink. They do sell cakes but didn't try them. Only have a few seats so not the best place to hang out. Just buy and go. Good air condition!

bubble tea pretty gud and my fav in bham ALTHOUGH if you pay with card, it must be over £5, alot of places do this not cause they need £5 but more to rinse money out of you, so i'd recommend you bring cash instead. other then that, best bubble tea imo u can get in the midlands. idk why people complain them about not being friendly ur buying a drink from there not having a conversation trol

...wanted to try their drink for ages... and then just disappointed, their drink is watery...I ordered a chocolate drink with tapioca the bubble tea was weird and tapioca was hard. Also I see other review about the bad service after, but I felt it’s not that bad to be honest. The young girl serve us was happy and welcome. I just not happy about the drink especially the little bit higher price...

Nice bubble teas. We usually go here to get ours. There's always a little bit of a wait but overall it's not too long and worth the wait. It helps to have a Chinese friend order your drinks, though they do speak English alright. It's just faster in Chinese.

Some of the best tea i’ve ever had. Will always make sure to visit here whenever i’m in Birmingham. They have very good matcha! I usually order 30% sweetness which is sweet enough for me. Reasonably priced boba Couldn’t recommend the yakult mixes... unless you find a good pair? But matcha and yakult is a no go for me

Ordered 2 bubble tea and a cheesecake on the delivery app. No straws are given, but it's still ok if I pour them out and eat the toppings afterward. The most important part is, the cheesecake is AWFUL. Wet and sticky, tastes like a 'overnight steak'. I request for a exchange to a fresher one, but the staff's attitude was worrying. They 'requested' me to come to their store and giggled for my description on that cake. I was so embarrassed and then came to the store to get another cake. Most of the staff were fine. The young girl on the cashier seems so pissed and stared at me angrily. However, the problem has been solved anyway.

Nice Milk Classic Tea with Tapioca. It tastes like the ones in Hong Kong where this tea is sold on virtually every street corner. But loses points for cash only payment and the nearest atm is by the station. So I don't think I'll be going back much.

Cute little boba tea shop. Staff weren’t the most friendliest, but the shop was really busy. So we thought we would give it a go. I grabbed the matcha green tea ice cream. It came with an odd powder on top, no idea what this was and some rice balls. It was nice, but got a bit boring after a few bites. It was over £5 too. So quite pricey for a small cup with no extra thrills. Hubs got a small bubble tea and loved it. So looking forward to coming back to try something else. Aside from this, 4*s due to customer service being very blunt & unfriendly. Would be nice to be greeted and get a smile, rather than my order dumped on the counter when ready, no goodbye. I was pushed across to serve next customer before my order even arrived and dismissed very quick. So overall if you want fast service, but nice tea. Here you go! 💪🏼
