Best Dessert place in Birmingham! Phenomenal experience. Top notch Dessert, atmosphere, and wait staff. Have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. I always take my out of town guests here, as the desserts are always superb. Definitely a lifetime customer!

We came here on a really cold evening for takeout and the staff were so friendly and kind. They shut the sliding doors and told us we could sit down and wait. They were so polite to people that were coming in which impressed me. I ordered the Ferrero cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious! It was deceptively bigger than it looked, quite a stacked cheesecake! I was very happy and would definitely come back again.

I came here with my wife. The waiter at the entrance wanted to put us at the back where there were only men, what a mess! Then at the level of the desserts it is good but it is not exceptional not much choice of topping and to finish I ask for water twice, the waiter brings me back two bottles of water, I say to him that I want only one, he says to me it is good keep it, then in the end they make me pay both! Average experience, thanks anyway ✌🏾

As usual, very good. Changed the name to Haute Dolci but the quality is the same as known for Heavenly Deserts. Jahangir and the other members of his team were all good and outstanding. There is refurbishment expected for which I wish all the best.

Really enjoyed our desserts and service was impeccable. Although busy, the staff were checking back to see if all was okay without being overbearing. Place is cosy and clean. Desserts are a little pricey but maybe we ordered too much. Should've listened to waiter who did suggest we could share when ordering but in the end we managed to finish everything. Will be back the next time family fancy a treat.

Absolutely exquisitely delicious. Not too sweet they have the desserts baked to perfection! Decent fresh coffee too. Well presented. However, 2 of our orders differed from what we had ordered unfortunately. Notes on the order should be always taken by the waiter. He offered to correct one and the other topping was given seperately which was very good of him.

Disappointed on their menu now on mobile, if you don't have mobile you can't have your order. what if you left it home or no signal? (once inside good luck with a good signal), pricey for what you can have. Staff is ok. Some are very good and some just running around to make look like they work hard. Food was good not the best but above good. Very crowded at 11pm. No tap water because of Covid reasons but there is no precautions taken to spread the virus as half of tables not cleaned, etc... Overall it was OK.

One of our favourite dessert places. Been there numerous times and they don't disappoint. Staff are nice and desserts are delicious. My favourite is the white heaven milkshake and my wife's is the white chocolate waffle/ can't remember the exact name. I've been there with family too and they all love it. Went here for my birthday with my sister. Brums finest aka concrete cake with custard is the best here. I was unsure what ice cream to choose and Ali was fantastic in recommendations and giving me a sample of literally each flavour! I enjoyed it but my waistline didn't :) . Beautiful food, expertly presented and made. I chose the peanut butter chocolate stack which wasn't on the menu but on a picture on the next page. The timing is quick from order to your table and the staff really can't do much more in terms of being polite helpful willing to go the extra mile to help out. I would say tho the price is a bit much for just deserts especially if your taking the family. Overall really good.

Have only visited once so far, but SUPER IMPRESSED!! Had their fererro waffle- served with strawberries & ice cream. They were very generous with the portion size especially the Fererro pieces and Nutella drizzle. The place is always busy and crowded- which definitely goes to show how good they are! Staff was also welcoming and efficient despite the crowd.

Visited yesterday for my sisters birthday, what can I say ‘WOW’ what brilliant customer service from the very beginning.. Deen the manager went that extra mile and made sure I had a cake slice, which was beautifully decorated and even put a candle on it.. (they didn’t have any candles but went to another shop to get some).. so sweet of them.❤️ Samira took the cake to my sister and sang happy birthday with us, they even put a birthday song on.! Such a vibe 😎 Even other staff members joined in. Ayesha was on top of her game and literally provided the best customer service, she was friendly and had banter.. Definitely would recommend this place the desserts are banging and the staff and manager make the whole experience even better, 10/10

Staff are generally friendly but don't expect too much from the management team as they are always very grim. There is a variety and desserts are delicious. Menu will confuse you if you have a sweet tooth unless you know what you are eating. 2 members of staff asked to take my order but I needed more time. What can I say about Heavenly Desserts (Birmingham)I have been going to this place for almost 8-9 years and the boys have not let me down. Desserts are amazing. Quality is amazing. Presentation is 11/10 the place is very nice and well maintained. They recently had a refurb so it is modern up to date decor. More seating and you have invested alot in the lighting well worth it. Lighting adds so much to a place. The staff are on the ball a smile and customer service leads to returning customers. And boy is it clean. The staff do not let you down everytime I have been the desserts are exceptional. Weekends does get busy so. i would suggest going early. As sometimes you have to wait for a seat. I have been going to this place back when it was a single shop 700 yards away from the current place. Over the years Birmingham has seen many off these places but they do not cut it from the best. They have come and gone. Quality off fruits and ingredients used is grade A and always fresh. If you are in Birmingham please try this place out. You will not be let down.

When I went in, there was a bit of a queue for take away, though the dine-in wasn't necessarily that long. We were seated, I noticed this place is very busy which is a testament to how good this business must be amongst the locals, despite there being numerous other dessert places nearby. I ordered the Ferrero Roche waffle (forgotten name of it). The waffle was freshly made on the premises and you could literally taste that it's fresh, because of the warmth, which was smothered in Nutella chocolate sauce and some nuts. And there were 3 pieces of Ferrero Roche on it too. My cousin ordered some cookie dough with brownie, which was good aswell.

However service left a lot to be desired as half of our order was presented with a thud by a waiter who ignored us and walked off as we tried to let him know that half of our order was missing. Heavenly Desserts is one of the first dessert parlours which opened it's doors to Birmingham and have gone from strength to strength. I've been going there since they had a small place on Ladypool Rd (yep that's a lot of desserts l've had from there 😋). They are the ones who started the whole trend of dessert parlours and set the bench mark for everyone else. My only complaint is a place of such calibre should be serving fresh cream with their desserts other than that l completely recommend the place to satisfy your sweet tooth.

A nice place on the ladypool road Food - desserts only, presentation is good as is the taste - but then ice cream comes prepared anyway with a staple with most cakes, waffles etc etc. Price - you pay a little more than most dessert places but this is for the decor which is great and then the experience...which I'd say is no better than other dessert places Waiting times - Thursday, Friday & Saturdays expect queues, not massive but on a cold or wet day it can be annoying, this also tales into the service which can be slow on busy days...and even one person getting their dessert long before another on the table. Access - not great, a parking nightmare - good luck if you're driving, you can on a local road and walk here but don't expect parking immediately outside. On the whole not bad if you can get you head pass the parking issue and the odd queue.

The place to go for deserts in this area. All desert creations are exquisite and taste wonderful. Plenty of room inside, although at the weekend they are very busy long waiting times. Parking across the road or any side streets but sometimes a slight walk. Within easy reach of cash machines. Prices are great, atmosphere is good along with taseful decor. Staff are pleasant.

I'm going to try and be as honest as possible when the worker got my order wrong so I said this was not what I ordered but she gave me a dirty look and finally replaced it after 20 minutes of waiting. They think they are so fancy and orignal with their overpriced menu and loud music. I'll just stick to ice cream gelatin 2 blocks away from heavenly desserts

Good quality desserts, way better than the recently opened yucky Baskin Robbins opposite. Efficient service from staff. The only downside is that they may sometimes miss out little things like, for example, a flake chocolate topping on your dessert, so if they improved that bit of attention to detail, then I would give 5 stars! Parking is always a problem on Ladypool Road, but that's life I suppose!

One of the most popular and crowded dessert places in Birmingham with queues regularly outside the door. It has an extensive and well presented themed menu that is a beautifully illustrated booklet. All the desserts are above average with decent portion sizes. The prices are slightly higher than other places and it usually quite loud inside...either because of the number of people or the loud music. More a place for large groups looking for spirited night out rather than a place to relax and enjoy the food.

Went to the Leicester branch, and found it to be truly heavenly! The ambiance was relaxed, the desserts were delicious, and the service war quick and very polite. Great for an occasional cheat day on your diet!

Its an ok place but not as great as its made out to be. Coffee is terrible, staff have no barista training and it tastes like the beans have been cremated. Brownies taste like they have come out of a supermarket packet and the custard is way too sweet. Waffles are standard i.e. over presented and lacking any depth of flavour. Went on a Saturday night and there was a queue outside, which was a novel sight for Birmingham. However, it was short lived and we got in within 15 minutes. Huge menu full of desserts, definitely heaven if you have a sweet tooth. My red velvet cheesecake was very good, as was a white chocolate milkshake. The brownies in the brownie/chocolate ice cream "Explosion" were a little sub-par and while the Cookie dough was nice I think the original Pizza Hut version is better. Prices can seem high but are actually okay considering serving size, which are more generous than most restaurant portions. Service was quick and friendly, despite the fact that the venue was heaving - we weren't pushed at all to eat and leave. Decor is a bit tired, but who cares.
