Tasty desserts in an ideal location right next to numerous restaurants. 10/10 for presentation and decor, customer service was fantastic. We sat upstairs and they had mats for salat 🧎🏾‍♂️as well which saved us time as we were travellers.

Been coming Here for 5 years and I can say this place never disappointed me with its cookie dough and waffles with strawberry and white chocolate. Taste and quality was always same. Customer service is also very good. Just 1 drawback they don't accept cards

Cookie dough was a bit small but tasted so good. Waffle portions are massive and the sundaes were really nice too. Seating isnt that nice inside... Wouldve preferred to sit upstairs as it looked nicer but they turned the lights off so I dont think it was available. The downstairs seating is quite cramped and outdated. Good for coventry road standards though and was convenient for where we had eaten for mains as we didnt want to travel too far. Decently priced but I think they were a bit too over staffed as the cashier was too busy talking to his friends behind the counter and got my order wrong. When the change didnt add up I had to go back and clarify what I had ordered. Mustve been around 6/7 staff members behind the cash desk when the shop wasnt that busy to have that many people employed.

Excellent dessert place Family friendly. No loud music , good customer service. Lots of seating. Ideal for kids and family.. relaxed environment not like other dessert shops which have a toxic atmosphere Disabled friendly. Parking nearby or next door in the pay and display..

One of the best dessert spots in Brum. Great desserts and friendly service. The interior and decor of the place gives it a nice vibe, American style. The have a good selection of desserts, decent portions and great taste. The also do teas and coffees. Prices are slightly high but well worth it

Good clean place with good customer service. Only negative was that they had ran out of the 2 things that we wanted to have. Apple crumble and cornflake tart!! Settled for cookie dough and Biscoff cheesecake which were quite nice.

We had this ferroro richer waffle and it was delicious. We went on a fairly busy night and still managed to get the dessert without much waiting. Customer service was great. Along with dessert we had mint tea and cinnamon tea. We were not impressed with the cinnamon tea. It could have been brewed better. Hence the 4 stars. But apart from that everything was great

Excellent place for dessert. I only to went to one place for dessert during my two day stay in Birmingham and ended up coming here twice. Absolutely loved their mixed Cookie Dough. We got here through the snowy roads, ordered a takeaway and as the first customers our waffles melted in our mouth. It was delicious. crunchy, warm, soft inside and gooy with chocolate melting down the sides. We ate them so fast. It was fresh which was exactly how we wanted it, making the drive down worth it. The best waffles we've eaten! Definitely worth coming here. Just make sure they make you a fresh batch to enjoy it like we did.

This is my favourite dessert place ever. No other place even compares to it. I always get the strawberry crepe (I've had literally everything on the menu and that one is my fav) the mojitos are also good, light and refreshing. If you want something hot - the cookie doughs are delicious. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

This was our fourth visit and today we visited after having a meal at a local restaurant. This place has always been average but their desserts are the only good thing about them. Their service is almost abysmal as waiters don’t know much etiquette or manners. They’re definitely not friendly and I’ve always disliked the fact that they don’t take card payments nor offer receipt. They even tried to charge me extra on this occasion so always check your bill. Their menu is also falling apart and needs a clean. On the positive note we liked their desserts , my wife tried a banana peanut waffle which was quite delicious and my son and I went for a bubblegum premium shake which my son enjoyed more than me and didn’t want to share with me. Would we come back here? Well we’d visit more regularly, but I hope they read this review and act up on it.

Came after work with mates, desserts were decent and well presented and they didn't take that long to serve aswell. Waiters however could make bit more of an effort make the guests welcome, we asked one waiter for a jug of water and he took 10mins to bring us only 2 glasses of water and there was 4 of us.

Ordered a milkshake and cake via delivery from Uber eats, milkshake was not packed properly the first time round. Therefore by the time it arrived half of it was spilled. However rang jamjar and they immediately resolved this. Very attentive and sent a new one out right away. Therefore cannot fault. Also asked for one of their best cakes ( received the red velvet cheesecake) this was delicious. The cake was soft, creamy and not too rich. Only thing I would advice is to be careful while packing orders :)

Over crowded, there was a line for a solid 30 minutes even though we had reserved a table the day before. Once we got in the drinks came in quick but they forgot two drinks and one waffle which was a bit awkward as some were eating while others waiting. However the taste of the drinks and the desserts combined with the time spent there is totally worth it. Would recommend!

Knocked off a star as I was particularly after a certain dessert they had on the menu. It took me 40 minutes to get to this place, on arrival I was advised they didn’t have that specific dessert and it would take an hour to make which was disappointing as I was in a hurry. Apart from this the desserts are okay, there are some desserts that are absolutely yummy and some that are just average. Customer service is excellent! Overall would try this place again if I’m passing.

Excellent dessert parlour, clean, good staff especially the young boy working there. They can accommodate everyone and have a diverse customer base. Drinks are very nice too, prices are moderate and they just need to start having raspberries and other fruit available to accompany desserts

We bought some cakes which weren't of good quality. The next day they apologised and offered a refund, or different cakes. We chose new cakes and they were great and they even gave icecream for free. Made up nicely for the shortcoming. Good service guys.

This place is insanely busy, and for good reasons. The desserts are beautiful and taste incredible. The prices are good, average around 6 pounds a dessert. This place is cash only which was a little inconvenient and parking is on street around the local area, which wasn't the best to find or area wise not too great. They have a large variety of desserts and drinks and their mojitos and really good. Although they’re always buys, their service is amazing and you get the desserts in one go.

Although Jam Jar have been established for sometime now, this was my first visit to the establishment. The first thing that strikes you is the decor which has an industrial and rustic feel to it (exposed beams, solid wood, heavy metal fixings etc.). The lights and other fixtures all contribute to the high quality surrounds. After arriving, we were found a table aost immediately, no mean feat, considering it was a Saturday evening, and the place was busy. Once seated, our order was dispatched in minutes. My children had waffles with strawberries, and me and my wife had smoothies. All the food and the drinks were delicious and my family were so unanimously impressed that we've collectively agreed we've now found a favourite new dessert place. It won't be long before we're back. I just wished I had taken some photos, toale it a more memorable event.

The only little let down was the 'Oreo cheesecake' as it's a normal cheesecake with a Oreo biscuit on top. Other than this it's a brilliant place with delicious deserts. The staff are extremely friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommend to visit.

The best cookie dough in Coventry! If you are after some cookie dough, JamJar will make you smile. It's cooked perfectly and served up in a wooden tray. Be careful though! Don't touch the pan handle as it comes straight out the oven, to your table and will be extremely hot. Note to the owners: Please keep up the good work.

Was visiting Birmingham from London and had to stop here and take the kids. Ma sha Allah Exellent customer service, decor is nice and staff went out of there way. Last year whe i visited the Brownie and cuatard was amaaazing. Mocktails and shakes are real good too. Free bottles of water while you are waiting is a nice touch. Just had to visit again today. I always come to Jamjar with my family and on this occasion my daughter who is allergic to nuts started getting a reaction and it seems that as it may have accidentally been contaminated which is not any fault of theirs but these things sadly can happen at a Desert parlour however the Arabic Manager was really kind who quickly ran next door to the Pharmacy to get her some Piriton. I quickly gave her some but seemed her throat was starting to get a little tighter I then had to leave and on my way out asked for the bill as I had all my nieces and nephews with me too however the nice Manager insisted I didn't pay for that and let me keep the medication he brought for her too. I was slightly worried so had to leave but the Manager was really nice and kind to us kids thought he was really sweet in not letting us pay. when we got in the car and my daughter started getting better so we diverted back home instead of the A&E. Once we got home all the kids wrote a card each to Jamjar and even put their own logo header to say a BIG THANKYOU for everything and saving our Zainab from her allergic reaction. Im so grateful for the Manager he really went out of his way and expressed concern for our child and that gratitude of his is amazing! Thankyou again and I will be dropping the card off very soon! See you guys again very soon im still your local customer and this wont stop me from coming back. Salaams Naheem
