We had an afternoon tea, it was so generous and tasty. We had to take some home. Everything was taste to perfection. The staff were so friendly. Unfortunately we don't live in Birmingham otherwise this could be our routine breakfast spot. We loved it

Really high quality of desserts and service. I bought chocolate paradise cake and my partner the red velvet cheesecake, both of them were incredible delicious, full of flavour and very well presented. There is a lot of variation on the menu, waffle, crepes, brownies, ice cream and traditional desserts served in a glass, very nice. The reason why I gave four starts it is just for the furniture, tables and chairs remind me a fast food, instead of a patisserie and certainly they don't match with the amazing and elegant dessert. I really suggest to the owner to change the furniture. The staff is also very kind and professional. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time. We had the afternoon tea for 2, it was so generous, so much food we had to box some up to take home. We had a lovely server called Hannah, who was so friendly and made sure we had the best service. Would recommended to everyone and would definitely come back again. So happy and worth the money!

Been here twice now for afternoon tea, wow what can I say, staff are so helpful, and polite on both visits, food was to die for, a great selection and all freshly prepared, even got a call before the visit as I hadn’t put any special diet concerns on booking form, how professional I thought. So much food we couldn’t possibly finish, but staff supplied quality boxes and bag to take home. Already booked again for another visit, can’t wait. Amazing afternoon tea! We arrived earlier than planned but that was no trouble for Rebecca, who was so friendly and looked after us throughout our visit. Once we'd devoured our sandwiches, we moved on to our pancakes and waffles, with fruit and brownies and three different chocolate sauces. All this was accompanied by lashings of tea and a latte to finish it all off. Having said that, there was so much food that we couldn't finish it all, so Rebecca gave us some boxes so that we could take the leftovers home with us. If you like sweet treats, this is definitely the place to come!

We went for an afternoon tea here yesterday with a Groupon deal not knowing what to expect. We were blown away with how amazing it was, amazing food and lots of it, very attentive staff who explained the options very well and fab hot drinks with it. Excellent desserts- we ordered the honeycomb cheesecake however we received very poor service from the staff- they didn't know what was on the menu and what came with each item! On the menu it says that cheesecake comes with ice cream but they said we must buy it separately. The cheesecake was very nice though!

It was okay nothing special. We went today and treated the in-laws. Ordered at the till and the menu stated that items come with ice cream and another item comes with custard. Both items arrived without it and when we questioned them we was told you have to ask for it at the till even though menu states it comes with it just a way to try save money by the store. I ordered Fruit, Glorious Fruit Waffle, served with with vanilla gelato & Belgian milk chocolate drizzle. I was given a groupon voucher for my birthday for afternoon tea so I invited my niece along as I don't usually use public transport and certainly never trains. I like trains if I'm with someone who is confident on them. We weren't sure where the little dessert shop was situated so my niece used a Google map, unfortunately we found the wrong shop as my voucher was for the Moor Street one!!!! Once the staff realised our error they said they'd serve us anyway and sort out the voucher payment with the other shop. We could have been turfed out!!!!! The tea was fabulous, far too much for us to eat but my niece's children were pleased to see we'd brought them some goodies home for their pudding. Altogether a really good experience 👏 The staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was good quality and value. My niece is going to take her children for a treat and I'll visit again but probably outside the city centre 😅

The desserts taste amazing so food gets 5 stars!! Knocked stars off for the service. The set up is strange as you're seated but then told to go to the till to order your food. This is quite annoying as the place is so busy that there is often people waiting for seats and they can just take your table. It feels more like a fastfood place rather than a cafe/patisserie but the wait for your order to be ready is long. The desserts were given to our table at different times, which meant that some people were nearly finished by time others had just reached the table. There was quite a few items missing off of the menu which is a shame. Also, maybe they should have a board or list on display of the items that are unavailable that day, as when you've sat there choosing what you like, only to go up to order and be told that unfortunately they dont have it, its not very nice. Happened with 3 different items from our table. Another suggestion is please add a kids menu. The portions are HUGE, which is great but for smaller children, they just cant possibly finish them. The food is really nice though so I reccommend giving this place a try. We've been several times.

Amazing 🤩 We booked an afternoon tea for 6 and visited Saturday 26th March at 12pm. We were served by Rebecca who was friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile to ensure our experience was a happy one. The food was amazing, fresh and tasted fabulous. It was plentiful with sandwiches, a choice of waffles, a fruit platter, pancakes, dipping sauces, brownies, cakes, icecream and unlimited hot drinks. You would not be disappointed and we were able to take the uneaten food home in takeaway boxes. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great experience.

One thing that kind of brings it down is how squashed the seating area is it's very cosy however that may be due to demand.

Little dessert shop bullring I can confirm is opposite tkmax a little hard to find but once greeted and settled me and my husband really enjoyed our experience he went for a latte I had English breakfast I like how you can have refills on your drinks with afternoon tea.I went in with eyes bigger than my belly only to find out the food portions were better than expected we was pleasantly surprised our waitress for the day was yasmin such a loverly lady went through all the menu with us a few times as there was so much we forgot sonia who cooked our food done a good job very nice pancakes maybe a little maple syrup would have been nice.

Was a bit skeptical of this place after reading reviews and seeing a few too many questionable flavour combos on the menu, but was pleasantly surprised! I had the brownie banana split, which was delicious, and the portions are massive. Staff were very friendly and service was quick, even with my group of 7 and full tables all around.

If you plan on going here to enjoy one of the £20 platers then please find a menu online and book before you can't just walk up and order they have to order the sandwiches in given where this shop is situated and its busy people don't know or maybe its a one off thing to be having dessert and maybe sandwiches I find it odd to have to be turned away because sandwiches aren't prepared on the premises.

Being a full time carer I don't get out very often so when I do this is the first place I head. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming, the service is very fast although there is a little wait when it's busy. The choice of desserts are wide and varied that cater for small and big eaters. The strawberry sensation is my favourite with a good balance of fruit and chocolate and the waffle is cooked to perfection being crispy on the outside and light and fluffy inside. The prices are affordable and great Value for what you get. I recommend this place for a treat, meeting with friends or takeaway if you're in a rush.

Yum yum yum. On Wednesday we used a Groupon afternoon tea voucher, we were warmly welcomed & seated they then came & sat with us to explain what we got & our choices. The food came quickly there was loads fresh hot waffles & pancakes, croissants, chocolate brownies, waffle baskets over flowing with summer fruits& berries lemon seeded muffin hot dipping chocolate & tea it was meant for 2 but there were 4 of us seated & we still had to ask for a container to take some home. This shop is so cute and lovely place for desserts when you're in Birmingham. I love this place because they do the red velvet ice cream which you don't normally get easily else where. I come here especially for their red velvet ice cream. The customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly and so kind. I loved the service and they talk to you very kindly. They do take away as well as eat in. Quiet alot of seats inside for groups of 6-8 as well. It's in the middle of grandcentral and bullring. Love it and would definitely go here again !

Stopped here for dessert after a meal out - the chain offers an extensive menu (with a handful of vegan options for those like myself who can't eat dairy but have partners who really, really like waffles and ice cream!). Although crowded, a table was cleared for us quickly and we were served without issue or complaint. Rebecca was the server on shift at that time, and she did a marvelous job taking care of nearly every table by herself while the other staff worked hard in the kitchen.

I LOVED the unicorn waffle and bubblegum sundae that I got :) but your cookie dough needs a change up and the soufflé wasn’t gooey inside :( However, the space is really small they should probably rearrange some things bc it is an awkward space. Other than that, you can tell they all try very hard and I’m still a loyal customer :)

Desserts were nice, got the 50/50 waffle half strawberries and half oreos, it was actually decent. Wouldnt really recommend the mojitos as the one we got was way too sweet, but the milkshakes are nice, i got the mighty shake! A lot of hype around this place but I wasn't overly impressed. I ordered the sticky toffee pudding as well as a white kiss milkshake. The white kiss milkshake was supposed to have kinder Bueno, Rafaello and raspberry but it leaned waayyyy too much towards the raspberry side of the scale, so it felt just like a raspberry milkshake which is not what I wanted. Sticky toffee pudding was okay, portion sizes could be bigger for the price in my opinion - however the sticky toffee pudding isn't miles better than what I've had elsewhere. If a Waitrose or M&S sticky toffee pudding is a 6/10 then little dessert are a 7/10 but it costs almost twice as much. Overall I wasn't impressed with what I ordered on the day but maybe next time I'll try the waffles and see if they are markedly better than the pudding
