What a wonderful little set-up! The macarons themselves were delightful, with a good range of flavours and presented in a lovely box and bag that was perfect for a graduation present. What they are doing is brilliant too, using children from disadvantaged backgrounds across the business to help train them and give them skills, equipping them for a better future - truly noble. Do bear that in mind when you go in, that this may be the first experience of retail or working that some of these kids may have had. I thought they were fab, they knew everything I needed to about the product and were super friendly. Keep up the great work, and well done.

Very nice macaroons and a really good cause which I am happy to support. I do feel rather duped though. I thought each box would contain 21 macaroons but there are only 7. At £15-16 a box, this makes each macaroon over £2! As I say though, it is a good cause but please don't advertise a box with 21 macaroons and only send 7.

Having descended on Miss Macaroon's yesterday (Saturday 14/09/19) with 3 friends, Garnet gave us fantastic customer service; he really knew about the products and showed us the various offers available. We sat in to have a bottle of prosecco and one of each macaroon on offer. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere as we sampled the flavours. The chocolate raspberry macaroon didn't look very appealing with the brown and pink combination but it was a perfect balance between the two flavours which complemented each other. The lemon macaroon was like an explosion of lemon curd; there was an initial sharp kick then a smooth sweetness. This gem should be on everyone's radar. Nestled in a beautiful shopping arcade in the centre of Birmingham it provides a valuable contribution to local needs.

Fantastic store selling delicious macaroons. And all the profits go towards training courses for young people. Look forward to being able to visit again post lockdown but until then will keep ordering them online!

Good macarons for a good cause. We were enticed into the shop by the charming staff and free samples. Great variety of flavours. The macarons were well baked, with a slight chew and all bursting with flavour.

I picked up a 9 pack of macaroons for my daughter. I'm generally not a big fan of macaroons but I tasted a peanut flavored one. Absolutely scrumptious!! My daughter wasn't willing to share the others so I'll have to go back to get some for myself!

Miss Macaroon provided the wedding favours for our wedding in Lancaster recently. They were really beautifully packaged and all of our guests loved the different variety of flavours. It's great to know some of your money goes towards helping people get the training and skills they wouldn't otherwise be able to and the product is also perfect!

I bought my wife a selection of Macron’s for her birthday from Miss Macaroon. She (and our son and I) really enjoyed them! Being Gluten intolerant it can be tough to find nice treats to eat. We recommend the fruitier flavours. Very nice indeed!

They kept in touch with me at all times - there was such a personal touch to the service provided. Very sincere & genuine. Miss Macaroon provided the cake and macaroon tier for my wedding and did an amazing job. The macaroons and the cake looked really amazing and tasted absolutely delicious. Miss Macaroon and her team are professional, punctual and delivered exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommended for any special event and worth every penny!

Whenever I am in Central Birmingham, I always stop into Miss Macaroon for some delicious macarons! I think they're the best! I've been to some other places that do macarons locally, but none can compare! These are so tasty, fresh, and full of real flavour. Perfect texture and always a tasty treat! This shop is located inside the Arcade. Oh... and a special shout out to an excellent staff member who served me and my friends on our recent visit, Garnet. Super friendly and knowledgeable with a great personality. He also gave us a sample which was cool too. This shop is also a Social Enterprise, which is a good feeling knowing each pound spent goes into the future of helping someone's life goals. Definitely worth the walk from the Bullring over here! You won't be dissappointed!

Super impressed by the lady serving in there. very friendly, we stood chatting for ages with her about the products and what we were up to on the weekend. I enjoyed the alternative spin on macaroons with the ones filled with sorbet, and others with ice cream! Delicious and well made. The gift boxes look great as well.

OMG – I found my personal food heaven! I've tried two different types of macaroons from miss macaroon and they were both mind blowing. One was a liquorice flavour and the other one raspberry. And though the first one might sound a little odd they were both super delicious! Besides the flavour, I loved the fact that the colour doesn’t stay on your tongue – sounds weird but happened to me before. From what I saw they even do them in the very exact colour of your company logo! Love it and definitely recommend it!

Just popped in today to pick some macaroons up as gifts. Wonderful selection; free samples out for customers and the girl behind the counter was fantastic (particularly in dealing with a rather fussy customer in front of us!). 5 out of 5 for service and politeness to that young lady!
