Best fresh cream multi layered pastries in town. Always my first choice for my kids birthday cakes order and has not let me down so far. Its been four years now i have never been anywhere else once i tried their pastries. All of their bakery products are always fresh. To top it up owner Ayesha is always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The best thing i like about them is their honesty. Now I have lost count to how many friends i have referred this placs to.

Nothing but perfection. This company delivered on timely responses via Google maps, finished the cake at the time specified and the packaging was well put together. I finished the cake with my own cake topper but you be the judge, it is a lovely sight! Kudos to this business. I havent tried the cake yet but will try to post an update once I do!

Petits Fours was great. My brother and I had a cheese roll, sheesh kebab roll, baklava and a slice of cake with a latte. The experience was great i would definitely go again. Its quite small so not a plave to go and sit with the big family.

Absolutely wonderful cakes from this establishment!!!! Have purchased fresh cream birthday cakes several times from this business and they never fail to deliver highly quality, tasty goods with a friendly smile. At the drop of a hat we have been able to get a cake last minute and the quality is never compromised. The owner is lovely and always willing to help. Both me and my daughter love this place and will continue to use for all our cake needs - weddings, birthdays and other occasions.We will not go anywhere else! :) highly recommended for great cakes at fantastic prices!

I ordered two cakes from this shop. One back in 2011 and one in 2020. Both times I showed a picture of what I wanted and they made it exactly as per the picture. I think they managed to make it look prettier than the pictures I showed. The cakes taste so amazing, I have decided from now on all future cakes will only be ordered from this shop. Lovely place always nice and clean. When I mean clean I'm talking cleanest place on this strip. It's so clean and the staff are so friendly I go here to drop off my aunt and her sister they have a catch up and coffee and cakes. Probably the best spot off the strip. Cakes are fresh and really nice. Customer service is very nice. All they need to do is get rid off the dirty Romanian men who sit at the front and smoke like a chilly with nothing they have brought.

Every time I'm in Birmingham I try and stop off for some coffee and cake, service and quality of products is outstanding. Place is clean and well presented. I've had the pleasure of taking some ordered cakes for birthdays and weddings from petits, and all specific requests were fulfilled. Everyone loved the cakes and usually ask for details of where the cake is from.....I hope to visit again soon, keep up the quality.

This is one the best cake shops in Birmingham where you can find fresh and good quality cakes made on the same day. It is the only destination for my kids and whenever we come from Gloucester to Birmingham, always get cakes from this shop. Also a nice sitting area to relax and have a cup of fresh coffee or milk shake. A really nice place for a family eating or take out. Regards

I would just to like to say, this shop is the greatest coffee and cake shop I’ve ever been to in my life. The coffee is better than cafe Nero, Starbucks etc. The service from iysha is outstanding. Excellent service and a great cafe In my opinion, the perfect place to have a cup of coffee, with a great breakfast/brunch menu. Every single thing in the menu is home made. There is a good choice of cakes, hot drinks, quiche, lasagne, pizza, we regularly take coffee and fresh pure orange juice with a slice of cake, my kids love having baguettes and ice cream (the cones are big which is something children love) The lady working there is very kind and polite, most importantly this cafe is very very clean, cups, plates and cutlery are washed well. The floor is always clean. The quality of the food is always excellent and the service very prompt and friendly. there is even an outdoor sitting area to use on summer days. Very pleased with everything. This is by far the cleanest place to eat in the area to summarize this lovely cafe : clean, polite staff and great food.

I recently visited the store to buy a selection box of treats for my family, we were very impressed with the quality and taste of each treat we purchased. The sister was so welcoming warm and kind. The first time I came to Stratford road in over 10 years, this little place stood out to me, I bought a hot chocolate and I enjoyed it so much. I remember seeing the sign in the back and thought it’s just my kind of place. I’ve kept coming back since. The food is freshly made, everyday. The lovely woman works so hard to keep it that way. Someone criticised the BEST concrete cake and custard I’ve ever had in my life below. This has absolutely hurt my feelings, so, (like any normal person)I made an entire google account to leave this review. I’ve eaten a lot of concrete cake and custard. I’ve been buying concrete cake all around Stratford road, I’m not an expert, I just love concrete cake, nobody makes it like this woman. I will go in depth because I know there’s shops out there that are selling me a tea spoon of cocoa powder, flour and granulated sugar or week old cakes. It’s crumbly, it’s hard, it’s light in colour, it tastes gross, how can someone be passionate about their cakes, then make an old school desert, taste like cardboard? This woman, I don’t know what you’re doing, I’m addicted to it and I had to force myself to stop going there everyday because I’m so concerned about my sugar intake. It’s a lovely dark colour, it’s chewy in the middle and you can actually get your spoon through it. She warms up the custard enough so it’s still hot when you get back. Every single bite is delicious, it’s like a meal on its own it’s so filling and every portion is so huge. I’m so sad when she’s out but that shows, it’s so good! Now that I’ve given 3, well deserved paragraphs, to the concrete cake, I’ll move on to the actual food. It is all amazing. All the food is fresh, I stopped liking tuna baguettes until I bought one for my daughter, it just smelled so nice and was presented so nicely. I can tell a lot of thought has been put into the presentation of all their food. I have ordered a few birthday cakes from here myself and they have always been very light and fresh. I can’t believe someone complained about the price. The portion you get, for what you pay, is very generous. They’ve even fulfilled last minute orders for me and added oreos to the fresh cream as a tasty birthday surprise.(would recommend, I ate more cake than I should’ve that day) I know all the employees are very passionate about their role here. I’m always greeted with a smile, morning or late afternoon, after a busy day. Everything is priced well, considering the quality is so high. I don’t know how any one can complain about this place. Everything is perfect. It is the only place I’ll miss if I ever move.

Honestly, Petits Fours serves the most freshest, delicious and well prepared cakes you’d ever imagine. If you want to customise it their execution of your idea will definitely satisfy your expectations and the baguettes are so tasty it puts Greggs quality to shame. Not to mention the pasta bakes is something you need to try as they are baked to perfection and my all time favourite. Also, you’ll always be greeted with great kindness and get to see how dedicated each staff member is to providing an excellent service. As for these slanderous reviews written by some very malicious people, accusing staff of wiping their nose and behaving unprofessionally by almost making them fall over are ridiculous! I can vouch for Petits any day or time because I personally will tell you right now there is no way anyone in that shop would do such a thing. It’s disgusting how far people will go to attack a well established business who actually care about their reputation and standards. To conclude, you’re food is divine in every way and have staff with such great compassion towards their role. Lastly, to those who read this please ignore these fools trying to spread false reviews.

The place is kind of small so it's perfect for 2/4 people ( no room for pushchairs ) going together to enjoy a relaxing hot drink and a bite to eat. Staff are really friendly especially the sister in the scarf ( don't know her name ).

This is now the only coffee shop in the area since Druckers closed. It's alright but it's a bit small and there isn't much of a seating area. Good food and reasonably priced coffee makes it worth a visit.
