I’m a regular customer, I love their delicious waffle. I have tried all of them several times and never been disappointed, big portion too. The customer service is excellent always friendly and polite. The waffle order can take 19 minutes to be ready but always nice and fresh. They have wide range of Milk shakes but mostly chocolaty.

I have got to start by saying that I love the atmosphere and the overall look of the place! On a hot day it was like I was on holiday somewhere! So well done! The shake hit the spot! The waffle sticks are amazing! I could eat two portion (and I did!)! Highly recommend the place especially with family! Kids loved it!

Ok shakes, didn't think they were anything special. They were nice. Service was slow. Cash only hand written sign! Always a put off... Waffles on a stick were not cooked properly, tasted doughy, and had to give them back. Chap instantly gave money back without asking for it, which was very thoughtful. I would go again, but no rush...

This is the best ShakeHouse in the UK. Was greeted at the door and was able to choose a milkshake from the very detailed menu that was presented to me. They have a wide range of milkshakes and loads of cakes too. Within a few minutes of ordering my milkshakes they were ready and only minutes after that my waffles were also ready. They were still nice and fresh for when I got home which was excellent. The attention to detail these guys put in decorating there waffles is the best ever. Highly reccomend this place and will definitely be ordering again.

Great location and we needed a good dessert spot in Hall Green. Went with my wife and daughter. I got the cookie dough and an oreo with nutella milkshake. Wife and daughter had Rerrero Rocker milkshake and waffle sticks which thich they loved. It was really busy but only waited around 20 minutes which we was surprised with. I was informed while waiting, which I think was a nice gesture from the staff as not too many places keep you informed.

I had ordered for family guest who are out of Town What can I say The shop was jam packed I had ordered for over 10 people , so I could understand there was a small wait I had got my order in under 20 minutes and as a little wait gesture the chap behind the counter Could not have been politer . Best milkshakes in the UK. I love this branch as it is so close and makes better blended shakes than the one on stoney lane. I always either get cookie dough shake (perfect sweet and salty balance) or the waffle sticks with marshmallows.

Awesome thick creamy shakes, have tried pretty much the whole range with the red velvet shake being a personal favourite, tastes just like the cake 👌. The kids always order the waffle sticks aswell, great lil snack for sharing. Thanks guys, will be seeing you soon 👍

The customer service was really good, myself and friends took our kids here and they were very friendly and acomdating...been to alot of restaurants/dessert places where they have young people at front house/serving....and the attitude stinks out the place...but here the young boys were very helpful and had good manners, the boys names if I remember correctly were zain and usman that served us, thank you
