Got served by Aleeya , she was absolutely amazing with a friendly and bubbly character . We ordered the brownie dream , milk chocolate chip cookie dough ,strawberry villa waffle and a brownie waffle .The food was lovely and customer service as top notch . Desserts were brought over to us within 15 minutes of sitting down despite the dessert parlour being so busy .

Extensive choice of desserts at competitive prices. Ample seating. Service could be a bit quicker but other than that would recommend. The waffles and the cookie dough were excellent and the bubblegum ice cream will turn your tongue and lips blue!

Treatz is Situated on a busy part of Stratford Road. They have ample sitting space , interior decor was comfortable and contemporary. Staff was welcoming and active. Food quality was great. They don't have their own parking so customers have to park a bit far. Overall experience was nice.

Great service by the staff. The food came quickly and it was amazing. There was tonnes to choose from and everything we got was delicious. Our server, Isha, was very polite and came to us often to ask of we needed anything. They also packed all the food we couldn't finish for us so we could enjoy that later!

Desserts were standard. Brookie was probably the best. Cookie dough wasn't very nice and was quite small and thin. Milkshakes were nice. Waffle wasn't all that. Staff are friendly and the shop is nice.

If you like deserts head over to Treatz. We got the brookie (brownie and cookie with a scoop of ice cream), we also got an oreo cookie dough to share. To down it, we ordered ourselves some mojitos (strawberry and mango, i prefer the mango tbh). All.in all good, service was a little slow - but that's because it was a peak time (Sat evening). We were served by two young ladies (Jannat - very lovely). :) Will come back...and highly recommend.

Came at 9:30pm Sat and calm environment. Areas are well lit and large open seating areas including booths. Immediately got seating and self service at tills. Coming here in the evening of a very hectic Eid day was definitely worth it. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a kind gentleman who seated us in a comfortable booth. Saiba took our order and was very polite and accommodating, making me glad that I chose this dessert place. Awais brought our sundaes (which were lovely by the way - get the brownie one !) and he was just an absolute sweetheart, making sure we were good throughout our stay, asking if we needed anything every once a while. He definitely made the atmosphere very friendly for us. All in all, the dessert was great, the workers were equally professional and friendly (especially that pretty girl Saiba) and the service was excellent. What more can you ask for? I enjoyed this first visit, and I’ll most definitely return again soon and recommend this place to my people. Looking forward to coming back.

Unplanned stop at Treatz Sparkhill today with a party of 5. It was busy due to a promotional offer but we were seated straight away. Maryam was quick and efficient at serving us and looked after us all the entire time with a smile. Mahmood also checked up on us and had a great sense of humor and also gave good service. The staff were lovley and the deserts were to a good standard too. Really enjoyed the banana icecream! Will definitely be back

Came this evening 1/2/22, with our youth club , we had reserved booking and on arrival was greeted by friendly kind happy staff , we had two hours to utilise and was told venue was happy to accommodate that request, and seated us in a quite area of dessert parlour, food was very nice met our expectations 😋, also the staff can I say especially JORDON couldn’t do more for us and also gifted our youth club service users a dessert to takeaway as a thank you gesture, and tea for staff , a must try venue for desserts and we shall be back again!!! Upon arrival at Treatz waited to be served within seconds , we were then shown a table with menus Mahmood who served us was very helpful . We then explored our menus with the tantalising ice creams on offer wow! I chose to have a Banana Split one of my favourites! To heck with my diet lol! Coffee ice cream nothing special, description was very promising but it actually literally was an ice-cream with hot espresso to pour over it. Best was Oreo cookie dough, lovely taste. The second cookie daugh was Lotus Biscoff Cookie dough and It wasn't good. My daughter could not finish it.

We went late on a Sunday evening so had a wide choice of seating. The desserts arrived quickly. The bubblegum subdae does not come with smarties, it is an extra 60p for any additional toppings. It did however have a piece of bubblegum in the bottom and the chocolate fudge sundae had fudge cake pieces in the bottom. The surprising star as the red velvet cake which was heated and tasted simply delicious.

From the reviews I've read there are very differing opinions. As a regular, I must say it is a top notch place to get a dessert from. Sure it is a little in the pricier side, however the shop atmosphere, quality of food and service by waiters (shout-out to Esa) is very high calibre. The variety on the menu means there's always something new or different to try out of you want, you can go with my personal favourite, the cookie dough. I hope to continue visiting for the foreseeable future!

Treatz Sparkhill I am from London and was visiting family in Birmingham. We decide to go to Treatz at Sparkhill. The whole experience was an awesome one, right from start to finish. The positive and happy vibes, the delicious menu, the lovely staff, the ambience, the aura everything was just a bliss. Apart from it being a very trendy happening place, I noticed something that added and made the place a rocking place. I noticed staff Omar, kully and Harry who from greeting to taking orders to catering to our needs and requirements in selecting the ice cream of our choice to serving the end product in the most proactive, friendly and professional manner. As they were very professional they still managed to be friendly and smiling at all times. Their communication and teamwork was to a level that has raised all bars to a new height. While maintaining such above qualities they still managed to get all orders right and well in time. Hence they were extremely focussed and on the ball regardless how friendly or chatty they were. I felt like I was treated like an individual rather than being treated as a general mass. The Treatz is a wonderful place but it wouldn’t be a wonderful place if Omar, kully and Harry weren’t there. They executed and delivered the services with the best professional, positive , proactive and excellent customer services skills. One could decorate and have a place built in the most fashionable trendy upmarket manner but the hosts are the ones that either enhance the beauty or ruin that beauty. I have to admit hands down, my experience at Treatz Sparkhill was one of the best and I give the credit to Osman + Kully + Harry. They have enhanced the feel, the aura and the vibes of Treatz Sparkhill. They are truly an asset to Treatz. That was my first time at Treatz Sparkhill and it’s going to be again and again whenever I am in Birmingham. Thank you Osman, Thank you Kully and Thank you Harry. God bless and I know you all are going to do wonders in life.

Been here couple of times and I always get served by a lady with light hair I think her names jade? She’s really polite and always smiley and always makes sure we have our correct order. She also interacts with the children which I like! She has fantastic customer service I don’t know why she isn’t running the shop! She’s always running around trying to get everything done when all the other waitresses are doing nothing just standing and talking. Every time I come in I always hope she is there! Without her I don’t think we would come back. We’ve tried nearly everything on the menu and we absolutely love it!!! The waffles are to die for and there egg free which is even better for me as I can’t eat egg an this is very rare for desert shops! I always recommend my friends and family to come here! There staff are welcoming- especially the lady at the front of the establishment. She showed us to our seats and was friendly. I ordered apple crumble, the kids asked for some ice cream sundaes and my husband ordered a chocolate based dessert (sorry folks, can't remember what is was now). The order took ages though- about 20 minutes- the orders didn't seem complicated to put together. Place was clean. No where directly in front to park though- parked up the road which I personally wouldn't do if I had my kids with me without my husband- it was dark and there were a few groups of youths around that we didn't feel safe around. OK, if you go in the daytime and order something straight forward.
