e. m.I love visting Twist, it's the only bubble tea shop in Bham where I like the tapioca pearls. Plenty of choice and flavours, and the options for food and snacks are completely unique to Twist and everything tastes really really good. I'd recommend following their instagram, they are always working on new things and you can see what limited edition items they might have.
m. m.Bubble tea is always good and the owner is so friendly. Great little seating area outside too, and there's usually a table free.
N.I got a warm taro milk tea with normal tapioca pearls. Honestly, it was nothing special at all... I wouldn't really recommend this option.
However, my friend got a passion fruit flavoured tea with passion fruit flavoured balls and that was really good. The balls have juice inside them and they pop in your mouth to release the flavour.
I would recommend going for a fruit tea instead of a milky tea.

B.Absolutely amazing service every time I go in to order, tables always clean and floor always swept, delicious drinks and food menu and staff always friendly, polite and hard working! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill place to relax and the taiyaki is delicious! I always order the same drink (strawberry fruit tea with mango bubbles) and it's always delicious! I'll never go anywhere else!
I.Lovely place with lovely people, used to spend all day at twist when I had nothing to do and as a photographer/ graphic designer, it's a great place to chill and do work. The staff are super friendly and you can easily have a nice conversation with them if the shop is quiet. Would recommend for people who like bubble tea, frozen yogurt or taiyaki!
R.This cafe is great if you’re a bubble tea lover. I think the prices are very reasonable as you get three toppings with every drink. Good variety of bubbles & other toppings. Staff are friendly. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the service was a little slow when I visited, but I think one of the staff members had just popped out briefly so that might be why. Will definitely be visiting again!
C.A decent bubble tea shop. A small-sized bubble tea is cheaper than most other bubble tea shops in Birmingham city centre, however, I do find that the drinks don't taste as nice as say Mee-Cha or Cha-Time and they are less generous with the toppings, which may be why they are charging less than their competitors.
I have ordered the Taiyaki once which was really nice and currently, no other bubble tea shop offer this.
Also, there was one time where I got to the store at 6:45pm and a male member of staff told me that they have closed (even though they close at 7pm). Having said that, the same guy proceeded to ask me what I would like to order and said he might be able to make it for me so I told him that I would like to order a taiyaki to which he apologetically said "ohh, I'm really sorry, I won't be able to make that for you now but you can come back tomorrow!". This, I found rather odd and a potential sign of laziness aswell... To be honest, to my knowledge, if you state that you close at 7pm, you should serve your customers until the very very very last minute!
B. M.Daughters favourite bubble tea shop. She likes it. Lots of different flavours, with star and ball shaped "bubbles" added. Makes a refreshing change but it is quite expensive. The people running it seem nice enough and they run a loyalty card scheme which does seem to make her want to go back...
L.First visit after the coronavirus restrictions were lifted. The taiyaki machine has been upgraded, so the taiyaki tastes even better. The bubble tea and super-cute anime-themed macarons are as good as ever. Full social distancing and hygiene measures are in place, so you can enjoy takeout or eat-in with confidence.

d. r.I am a bubbletea lover, the little store just made perfect taste bubbletea, maybe one of the best from my experience and we also tried their taiyaki chocolate heaven, thats really good as well. we will comeback again for sure! The young guy served us were really good and friendly, know everything about bubbletea.
V. C.Wife is crazy for the frozen yogurt they have here. We can't come to Birmingham without visiting them. I got one once as well and I can understand why she loves it :) Staff are always friendly when we go. I will recommend the frozen yogurt here !

Very friendly and professional staff, the young guy served us called Andy, he is a absolutely hero and STAR!!!
My boyfriend and me visited the shop around 4:15, and the staffwas very friendly introduced us the bubbletea and taiyaki and macaron(they do Totoro macaron ice cream!!!), then we ordered drink and taiyaki and have to wait a bit as the taiyaki made fresh.
Then we noticed all the lighting started flash and can hear something outside like explosion...then you can see people all running past the shop outside we know something wrong nearby... Andy was very calm and walked to us also talk with us let us calm and he will go outside checked it and also say he will be back in second... in the mean time theres another customer moved to us so we all stay together...About 20 seconds later Andy was back told us was a fire nearby but he was not sure and asked us stay outside together as inside was totally no power....
He also apologies to us and will make another taiyaki for free next time when we come, TBH, you dont know how calm and professional he was, he was totally saved us! Thank you Andy!
when we back home last night we know theres a electric fault underground outside Tim Hortons in New Street with a big fire...
Service 10/10, Bubble tea 10/10.

K. R.An unusual must try, 'bubble tea' of basically a fruit drink and the bubbles are small spheres of fruit flavours held within spheres that dissolve in the mouth and give you a flavour burst. Looks mad, tastes pretty good.
They also do frozen yogurt desserts and a small selection of Oriental lunches

S. C.My daily bobba tea shop, I'm in complete love with the milky strawberry bobba tea. I usually get the honeydew bobbas or the lychee bobbas. Both of which are excellent choices and on certain occasions can both be added for just an extra 50p. Lovely store front and excellent staff.

R.I went to this place so many time I know the staff are are kind there is a new girl so awesome brought so many friends here for tea or to hang or for tea and donuts that I brought great place from anyone even teens(ps I'm a teen) they have fruity bubble tea, milky bubble tea, frozen yogurt, hot drink for the winter or all year around and now taiyaki ice cream😱😱😎🍦really great place to go and good when you're in town and the jelly is cut in stars! Free wifi, food, drinks, kind staff. Only problem is no toilets so drink and run😜
