Would give 6 stars if I could. Lovely homemade ice cream, great flavours and top notch friendly customer service. We had an accidental gravity led incident outside the door which unfortunately meant the loss of one of our scoops and the staff kindly replaced it free of charge. I mean thats service, lovely staff and i and a food fan, they are not shy on portions. The scoops are pleanty big enough. Excellent value, thank guys.

The husband and wife team handmake these fabulous flavours of luxurious at exceptional prices. We went for the tapas box so we could try more flavours but our favourite was the lavender due to its delicate and floral flavour. Can't wait to pop back to Balu again!

Amazingly creamy ice cream! Stumbled across this place by accident and would fully come back to Bala just for the ice cream! They also have a fab vegan range which was perfect for our daughter who can't have dairy, she had a cherry sorbet which was the most cherriest ice cream I've tasted!

A brilliant find. Stopped for fuel across the road and was tempted by the long queue for ice cream outside the shop. Salt caramel double scoop was very creamy and delicious and the raspberry was tart and sweet as it should be. Lovely ice cream and worth the visit to Bala in its own.

When you walk in you will meet a lovely couple with smiles and happiness to share. I wish I could give them 6 stars because the ice cream was perfect, the service was great and it is dog friendly(dogs are allowed in) If you go I advise getting milk chocolate ice cream it is delicious and a new twist to the normal ice cream selection. It is open Sunday's. I will go there every chance I get. The prices are cheap for the high quality of the ice cream!

Lovely little dog friendly Welsh ice -cream parlour in Bala, gives me all the vintage vibes! I had their homemade Vegan chocolate ice-cream which was probably the most chocolatey ice cream I've ever had! I really love they make an effort to work with local Welsh suppliers, too. Got to say their hot chocolate with vegan squirty cream was a treat - nice to see it wasn't just powdered, and it was from a melted chocolate button - reminded me of Italy! Fantastic friendly husband and wife duo. Will be back Diolch!

Wonderful independent ice-cream shop run by a friendly, welcoming couple passionate about their home-made ice-cream business. I thoroughly enjoyed their ice-cream, so much so I bought a tub to take home with me which was absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of tantalising ice-cream treats on offer with a wide range of flavours to choose from, even the alcoholic kind for the adults! You'll definitely be seeing me again!

Tiny ice cream parlour that sells delicious and unusual flavours of ice cream. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they have gluten free cones, but you have to ask for them. They could do with rethinking the seating area. It's a tight squeeze to get past the tables to the counter, but well worth it if it is sunny!
