N. B.Just visiting Brighton for a long weekend and have tried 3 bubble shops. I'm sad to say the tapiocas were undercooked. The tea tasted nice, very good price it's a shame with tapioca. I would give 5 stars for 2 staffs who were brilliant! The shop was so busy but they were on top of their game! Well done girls.
S. B.Very popular shop, long queue and delivery queue too. Good bubble tea with lots of options. Picture is taro and coffee flavour. Only a few seats in the shop. There are tables outside on the road, the road is pedestrian only.
L. S.delicious! we had a strawberry drink with lychee popping pearls and a hawaiian iced tea drink with kiwi popping pearls. great selection of drinks and friendly service. slightly cramped waiting area, but was great to see it nice and busy without the long wait!

Me personally am not a big fan of bubble tea but this place seems popular and they are fairly fast as well.
But can anybody explain to me why bubble tea is so popular among the kids? I know coffee is expensive but bubble teas are even more expensive how comes kids nowadays got so much disposable pocket money
S. B.I didn’t really know that the taste of bubble tea could change depending on the shop you get it from, but this was - hands down - the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. I came three times in one day and am now reflecting on the fact that I might have a bit of a problem.
S. R.I visit Brighton almost once a month and when I'm down I always to and get a bubble tea from here. The drinks are amazing, great flavours and a good selection of pearls and jellies to add. The staff are always kind and the seating area is nice and clean.
I've had a lot of bubble tea from London but Pearls is by far my favourite! Cannot reccomend enough!

c.This is a must-visit place for me whenever I go to Brighton. I adore bubble tea! Pearls got me hooked. Drinks are super customisable (tip: get 50% sugar on milk drinks - regular sugar is rather sickly, for me at least) and there are endless tasty flavours. Staff are friendly and willing to inform you on flavours so you can decide easier. I have a loyalty card! Can't wait to go again.

J. C.It’s not the best bubble tea in the world, but it’s reasonably priced, pearls are free and they have so many flavours available. In Brighton, there’s not many bubble tea chains, so it’s good to have this option!
T. R.Mouthwatering bubble tea. The staff must be working long hours or not having their 5 a day; they seem drained. Nevertheless, very nice people. The prices are probably the best in Brighton yet you are able to customise the amount of ice, sugar, toppings and flavours. Can often be queuing outside the shop, that’s how much people crave their pearls. For regulars, a loyalty card is available, after 8 purchases a free regular drink. Cups are yet plastic but they do sell metal straws encased in a wooden case for £5.
I. D.The best herbal tea I've had ...Ever. A must try if you're in Brighton. The bubble fruits are genius! It can get very busy though so you'll probably have to take away.

M. S.Great place for bubble tea in Brighton. The queueing system is a bit confusing (they still serve from the window and not within the store) but as long as it’s not too busy it’s fine. Great selection of flavours and pearls, jellies etc.
S. M.I had to queue almost right out the door on a hot day but that may also be because you can uniquely tailor your drink to be just as you'd like it - from the pearls to the milk to the sugar content. Happy days.

L.I love Bubble Tea and have been an addict ever since l lived in China. I have tried different bubble teas around the world and I have to say that this is one of the best bubble tea shops in the U.K. Or Europe even!

the place itself is quite small, and there are not many places to sit if you want to stay there. if its busy, you might have trouble squeezing past everyone.

N. H.Absolutely wonderful! The place is a bit on the small side and can get very crowded if you plan to drink in but the drinks are amazing with a huge mix and match choices. If you are unsure of a flavor you can ask to test a sample which is really nice as most food/drink places don't do that. The staff have always been friendly and fast working too which is amazing in such a busy place.

It's not bad, and I would say is similar to the review I wrote for Bobo Tea at Manchester arndale. Despite getting regular sugar, the sweetness and flavour wasn't quite enough compared to bubble tea at other places I've been. If I come back in future, I would choose to have 120% sugar, but I usually like my bubble tea to be sweet so for others, it may have been the right level of taste.
I'd recommend checking other places around Brighton as well before deciding on this place as being a regular go-to bubble tea shop.
J. T.Personally, I didn't rate the bubble tea for taste AT ALL. However, my children thought it was one of the best things ever, so due to their satisfaction: 4 stars. It did look good, and there was a ridiculous number of flavour options, but it was pretty pricey. I liked that outdoor seating was available.

L.Best bubble tea. Often get the train to Brighton just for pearls! Usually buy 2 and store one in fridge overnight for the next day. Sometimes there is a queue but that's OK, it's worth the wait! One of the best ranges of bubbles to chose from I've seen, even compared to some of the big/popular London bubble tea places.

m.I come to pearls almost every week, I have finished my 7th loyalty card and am onto my 8th. The wide ranged menu is great for having a different drink each time and depending in what mood your in any of their drinks can really soothe you. the customer service is amazing and if they give you the wrong drink they easily make you a new one. not only do they have a wide ranged menu but you can even create your own drink! I mixed a chocolate and banana milk tea and it was amazing! hehe.
A. B.As a big fan and frequent consumer of Bubble Tea (specifically Bubbleology), I was excited to learn of Pearls being in Brighton. I visited it and ordered a Mango fruit tea. The jelly balls were horrible and were extremely soggy, overall the jelly balls ruined my experience as despite the mango tasting nice, the jelly was horrible. I will visit again in the future to see if they have managed to change things and test it once again.
