A beautiful setting for an ice rink and a fantastic team. We hosted an event at the venue and the staff were great, really accommodating and communicative in the lead up, and very hospitable on the day. The ice is wheelchair accessible and so all the family can participate, which is such a lovely experience. Thank you so much for making us all feel welcome!

The staff at the rink were so helpful and friendly towards disabilities. My cousin wanted to come watch me skate, but he has a trike to aid mobility. They were happy for us to bring this in. They also kindly allowed us to bring in our non service dog so that my cousin could still have his carers come in with him whilst watching. The ice stewards were super friendly and making sure everyone was having a good time. The staff in the restaurant/cafe were also super friendly and did table service and went above and beyond. Will definitely be visiting again and hopefully next time getting my cousin on the ice 🤩. Thanks for such a lovely evening

This has to be one of the most amazing settings for an open air ice rink. We have been many times and our son was there this week with a friend and had a great time. We’ll be back over Christmas as a family- we love it!

It's very romantic environment especially when the lights are on the evening. There is a nice cafe that you can enjoy before | after your session. Skating sessions are 45 minutes. They do have two sections one for adults and one for childeren. Childeren have the option to hire a penguin (helper stand). I reccomend to visit at least once.
