I don’t like tea or coffee however the do an amazing slush wish the did more flavour but even with limited flavour of the slush it still amazing. I haven’t tried much from there but what I’ve had there has been amazing. The atmosphere of the place it amazing as well it’s very relaxing. The staff are also very friendly and nice. ~ the photo is of my friends drink, he got a similar one to me and for some reason I didn’t take a photo of mine!! ~

Not so nice experience at all with the taste. Good ambience, good location. Accessible toilet. Tried three drinks the only one I liked is hot lemon black. Roasted milk tea is below average.

Went here today after lunch time. Lost 2 stars because they don't give you clean cup. They can't even be bothered to use a wet cloth and clean the outside cup (see photo attached)... full with sticky syrup. Had no time to go back otherwise I would. The taro drink with tapioca is delicious, but service is very bad. Hopefully they change the hygiene otherwise I won't be back anymore.

I love the design of it. And between every bubble tea shop that is in City centre I think this one is the best. A must try is : Taro Milk Tea

The staff are helpful and the shop is nice, but the menu is a bit misleading. It says that soy milk alternatives are possible for the lattes, but whenever I try to order one I'm told they don't do soy milk. Edit: Thanks to the staff for kindly explaining the situation! With that cleared up, I really don't have any complaints. Looking forward to enjoying my drink!

Nice and cozy place to spend some time with friends over a chat. Many tea varieties. I had lemon/Green tea (fruit tea) which was good. You can ask for hot/cold as you prefer for few drinks. Mine was hot.

It's okay. Just ordered the Chatime Roast Milk Tea. Can't taste any roasted milk tea. It's just a regular Hk milk tea, but less taste and less strong. I am wondering why it's called roasted milk tea as I cannot taste any '"roasted". Wouldn't recommend it, feel a bit robbed as I paid so much and the drink is mweh.

Chatime Bristol is my favourite place for dessert. The drink is delicious and not too sweet. My choice is original milk tea with tapioca. Always receive delightful customer service. Especially the pretty lady boss. The staff really give off a friendly vibe and very quick respond. Definitely recommend x

Great variety of bubble tea! I love the mango green tea with strawberry (flavoured coconut) jelly. The staff are friendly and the layout is cool. This is post Corona so there are some safety precautions in place (no toilet+ seating limit)

I love the bubble tea here but the server was so rude to me and my friend and rushed us. There was literally no one else in the shop. Wasn't fair treatment. Chatime is a franchise all over the world I used to love going there when i lived in Cananda. The bubble tea is great and interior design just rude staff.

Lovely place :p. I always grab one on my way to Tesco Metro lol. The staff is super nice and friendly. Love the taste of Chatime Milktea + Pearls. The pearls are the best among all the bubble tea brand, worth trying. Highly recommended place!!

Being rather old, well over 300 years old, I confess I'd never heard of bubble tea. I decided to try a taro milk tea here and it was jolly delicious. Much better than the boring old tea shipped over here by the East India Company.
