We were really craving something sweet so we ended up passing by Creams Cafe. The staff were kind, the service was quick, and the portions were definitely enough! Quality was good. Everything tasted great.

Limited range of food compared to others like this but the chocolate fudge cake was so good, very rich however the ice-cream you get with it balanced it out perfectly. Knickerbocker glory is very tasty with very strong flavoured ice creams too. Update: This place charges whatever they want, very overpriced especially for how bad there food is. Especially if your getting take out. Got take out twice, and they charge me different priced and the slice the gave me both times were pathetic, they were also very dry. Very disappointed since the first time I had it I quite liked it. I’m Not having it again!! There slush puppies however are really good, it's the only thing I'd buy from there To be honest

It's no point to pay £8.95 for something like this...It looks much better on their picture but not here...Basically it's 2 cookies (not dough) with a little bit sauce and lot of nuts on the top + 2 ROCHER and 1 scoop of ice cream (I liked ice-cream very much).

A new place is opened named creams cafe in place of old sundae gelato. Nice change in the interior. Very large quantities, excellent presentation of items, diverse menu and very good staff. A touch sweeter that i would have liked, though. However, definitely an improvement from the old gelato.

Wow. I didn't know what to expect when a friend suggested this place (she hadn't been before either) but it was amazing. The waffles filled with warm cookie dough were especially spectacular!

I ordered a waffle and my friend ordered a crepe, both of them were hard to cut because it was not cooked properly so we explained our situation to Michael (manager) and without any hesitation, he served us new waffle and crepe (for my friend) and made sure that it was cooked properly. Michael’s service was amazing. I would definitely come back here.

Without a doubt the best dessert place in Bristol! The menu is extensive and includes customising and vegan options and the staff are always super lovely! We have eaten inside and used takeaway many times and every time has been really great. Would highly recommend!

Creams has consistently been one of my favourite dessert cafés and for good reason. The quality of the desserts has never disappointed; with generous portion sizes and packed full of toppings, all at a very reasonable price. I tried the cookie dough crush sundae (photo). The ice cream was very smooth and creamy and the sundae was full of cookie dough pieces. In comparison to its rival dessert cafés, creams definitely gets my vote.

Came here for ice cream and realised they have bubble waffle on their menu. It seemed like a lot of people ordered this and I've always wanted to try it so me and my partner ordered one to share. The waffle tasted too salty and not crispy enough for me, however the ice cream was nice. Good atmosphere and environment. A rather pricey place for ice cream and will only come here for special treats.

They close dine in early....this happened twice, first we were shown a table in the corner beside the menu card and service kits and asked to sit there, when we asked for a change in the table they told they were about to close and did not allow us to change it's 11:00...and second time we went by 10:50 and they say,only take away after 11:00..better change the timings if you need to close early....but the desserts tasted great..nice cozy place. Same softie for all the desserts. With some improvements in service they can be on top of the list...

Quiet place, filled with lots of nice decorations. Personally think the decor could be a little brighter inside. The Crépes and waffles are lovely, but it's extremely hard to eat a full portion because of how sweet and doused everything is in chocolate sauce. Generally while described as Italian, the food here is much better described as American diner breakfast, with heaps of cream in the sundaes. Staff were fine, prices are okay, cheaper than standard restaurant prices, nice for a craving though!

Having a sweet tooth this place is like heaven for me. Loads of options to pick from and everything I've tried so far tasted amazing! I'm obsessed with salted caramel and normally nothing is really salted enough but the ice cream at this place is just perfect, it is actually salted caramel, one of my favourite. A bit pricey like any other places like this but as a treat sometimes definitely worth the money. Never had an issue with the staff either, very friendly and quick service.

Situated in the city centre. A great place to satisfy that sweet tooth craving. It has a wide selection of desserts and shakes. It is a bit pricey, but the staff were friendly. The overall feel is similar to an old American dinner but with an up to date decor.

The actual puddings brilliant. Top notch stuff. Cutlery is always dirty, which during a pandemic is quite off putting as you might imagine. Also a very loud experience, music is too loud and there is no sound absorption in the restaurant. One kid is enough to ruin the experience alongside the music. Some proper decor and a dishwasher would fix everything.

Creams cafe is a typical ice cream shop with a massive selection in waffles, cookie dough, milkshakes and ice-cream. Unfortunately it's not as well kept as it could be (maybe because there are many kids coming) and for my taste, the ice cream creations are way to sugery and sweet as they are drowned in syrup.

Great atmosphere, great menu. Very decent prices for what you get with most items on the menu. Would recommend the 'buold your own' to save money by cutting out things you may not necessarily need. Love the decoration in the restaurant, as well as the seating. Open very late too which is good for an almost midnight snack. Friendl, polite staff and overwhelming options for ice-cream (including my favourite coconut!), toppings, and waffles, crepes, comes and the intriguing looking bubble waffle. I will need to come back and try more. Comfortable, diner-style interior with lots of space. Plays modern pop music loud enough that you find yourself nodding along but not so loud you can't hear a conversation, if you're looking for somewhere dead silent this may not be for you. My only request would be that 'make your own' options were slightly cheaper, as it is coconut freaks like me pay more for our habits. but I will cope :)

This is a convenient and attractive looking sweet shop, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately it's been a long time since I've had such bad cupcakes. We didn't try the ice cream which might be excellent. But the cupcakes had dry cake with strangely artificial-seeming frosting. They all tasted like sugary cardboard even though we got 3 flavors (and 4 cakes altogether). Two of them had decorative cookies on top which had become damp. They were bad enough that no dessert would have been better, and we could have saved a whole ten pounds.

Out friend was lactose in tolerant so she asked for a sorbet, the first girl walked off and the second man miss heard. When we said it was wrong he chucked the ice cream in the bin violently! Vegan cookie dough is the stuff of nightmares if you’re scared of things getting stuck to the roof of your mouth. Delicious otherwise. They also adapted the Oreo hot chocolate to make it vegan for me. Worth it but I didn’t like the way the cookie crumbled.

Ok the icecream taste good but the table was dirty and had previous empty dishes on it, the waitress brought the order and I had to mention the dirty dishes which on my request she removed from the table, then the spoon were dirty and I had to request replacements, there was no apologies, the the coconut sundae it suppose to have bounty chocolate chunks and there was none, I mentioned that so Thor response was to plunk a bar of Bounty in the sundaes HOW AM I GOING TO EAT THE BAR WITH A SPOON. Basically the product is goog but the staff and service lets it down. I will have a takeaway gelato but not to sit in.
