When most places have stopped serving ice-cream for the winter, Oliver's is a little oasis for the ice-cream addict. With flavours ranging from mango to salted caramel, through rum and raisin to Madagascan vanilla, there is something for every taste. The ice-creams are even on a revolving display, which is positively hypnotic. I noticed they have flavoured syrups and advertise waffles. They serve hot and cold drinks and there are two little benches to sit on, inside. The couple who served us were very friendly. Lovely.

Cracking little place down by the water selling a great range of high quality ice creams, sorbets and more. My partner and I were impressed with the plant based options (the oat milk mint choc chip was outstanding) whilst the rest of our group had a mix of classic and lesser spotted flavours. We also took a bar of cherry and almond chocolate away with us which is delicious. I'll be back again when next in Bristol.

I recommend the frozen yoghurt, which was raspberry on the day of my visit. So refreshing and sparkingly tasty. They do a very good coffee too. Craftsmen and women at work here.

Yummy gelato with lots of flavours to choose from. It melted pretty quickly on us so might be wiser to choose a cup. Very comparable to Swoons in my opinion

Had the raspberry ripple and strawberry flavour. Strawberry was really nice, the raspberry I think needed a bit more flavour but was still nice!

Delicious ice cream and sorbet. Had vanilla ice cream and pineapple sorbet on a hot day and both were excellent. They apparently specialise in sorbet and the pineapple was pretty special.

As always, a great find near the 'M Shed'. It can be during the heat if summer or the cold of winter whenever I'm in Bristol I need to stop by and have a cup or cone of an always delicious ice cream?

Good tasting ice cream flavours with good variety and unique flavours (like Italian custard - to me a mix of banana and vanilla). Very friendly staff. Coffee flavour was well done - but I find swoons gelato less icy with stronger flavours.

Got dragged to Olivers again by my youngest son and was made to share a chocoholics waffle. On a serious note always a pleasant experience. We were served by Fran, David came out when we were tucking in to check we were happy and the ice cream did not disappoint. Lovely product - not cheap but excellent quality and, in my opinion, excellent value for money. You can really see the effort put in by the owners. Only problem is to decide what flavour to try next time..

Bought an ice-cream cake made with salted caramel/toffee honeycomb. Gorgeously decorated, looked an absolute treat, and with birthday candles it was extremely well received. More than enough for guests, and all commented on the so tasty ice-cream and flavours. Will definitely return.

Really delicious, super soft and smooth ice cream in a (literally!) revolving selection of flavours. I had caramel and mint chocolate, both tasty. Get the app beforehand to earn loyalty points (bit of a painful process for the shop to sort, but worth it if you like ice cream) plus expect a decent queue if you go at peak time.

A breath of fresh air for people with allergies. They keep the GF cones and the vegan ice-cream separate from the rest, which means no stray bits ending up in your ice-cream. Delicious and creamy ice-cream.

This is as good as ice-cream gets. Freshly made on site and displayed in a beautiful but highly functional Italian wheel, it comes in many and varying flavours - some simple, some exotic, some extraordinary - and served with a smile. Have a taste first if you are not sure.

This place probably has the largest selection of flavours I've seen. The staff were particularly efficient (especially as it was a very busy day!) The ice cream is very tasty and not that expensive all things considered.

Lovely shop ran by a great couple. They often have a queue outside during sunny days so be prepared to wait (rarely more than 5 minutes). Highlights include the delicious wafers and cones, and the really cool device they use to display and select the flavours. All in a shipping container!

Beautifully decadent ice-cream (sorbets available for dairy free/vegans that don't compromise on flavour) and gluten free cones only cost an extra 50p. The ice creams are served from a large rotating cooler, which is pretty cool

Lovely ice cream but you guys really need to stay open later. You'd have so many customers from the other bars and restaurants wanting and end of evening ice cream. Least stay open till 9pm imo. You'll make loads of new customers.
