Delicious ice creams in crunchy waffle cones... prices comparable to ice cream van but soooo much yummier and a vast selecting of flavours. We were eating out but their waffles and Sundaes looked incredible! Also, delicious coffee!!

Huge parlor with an extensive menu. Had a single scoppe Chocolate Brownie gelato and a crispy waffle cone. Wonderfully rich chocolate and a generous helping of toppings. Friends ordered crepes and cookie dough and cleared their plates so assume those are good.

Me and my wife always, ALWAYS have to stop by... we either get a sundae or a cone with a mix of Iced cream. The place is really tidy and well maintained, huge credit to how freaking fast they assemble your deserts and how incredible they are for thickness and flavour. Cannot resist going in every time we go by.

I went there for my birthday and can honestly say the gelato tastes nice. The lemon one was especially sour and fresh. Unfortunately the Sunday gets you to choose 3 ice cream flavours but the scoops are tiny compared to the amount of whipped cream they throw on top. Maybe they could lower it to 2 flavours and make the scoops bigger x

Paid 75p extra for a single pump of syrup in my £2.50 herbal tea because they didn't have any honey.... and in the end the tea was 100% unsweetened so I'm pretty sure they forgot! 😂 Staff is not the kindest or chattiest but the place is comfy and there's a lot to choose from. :)

We were at Sprinkles about a week ago for a treat as it was my twins 8th birthday.We were a group of 8 children and 5 adults. Two of our children are autistic and Sprinkles staff were amazing, patient and kind to all of our children.The deserts were delicious I had the Banoffee waffle, strawberry milkshake and a double espresso. Waffle and milkshake tasted awesome and good coffee. Everyone enjoyed their desserts and ice creams. I highly recommend for their amazing desserts and patient friendly staff. . Thank you guys

A further update (August 2020): This place continues to be rubbish, I really don't understand why people continue to visit. Brilliant staff, ice cream, waffles, cakes, coffee etc. Really not worth visiting at all. 💚 This is an update (July 2019) to my original review from summer 2018. It's worth reading this update and then my original review. Revisited following an amazing first visit and we walked away disappointed. The portions were considerably smaller, which admittedly does happen and especially on busy days. What was most disappointing was the ice cream - it's been cheapend. Opted for a Twix and it was whole digestive biscuits with caramel squirted over it. THIS IS NOT A TWIX ! :0( Original review: I've just had the best ice cream. EVER. I don't mark high - it's too easy to reward mediocre food charged at high prices with a decent recommendation, but this certainly deserves best recognition. I'm a mint choc chip fan through and through. It's great, dependable. But on my visit I thought "let's try something new" and I was not disappointed. Indeed, I've just had THE best ice cream. The almond cherry was simply delightful - a generous portion in a waffle cone, sticky, rich cream, plump, juicy cherries and best likened to a top-of-the-range a cherry bakewell tart. Simply superb. There's a generous range of flavours on offer and some really interesting combinations too. Partner this with a range of cones, some chocolate dipped, or with a freshly made waffle and a fresh brewed coffee and this is pretty close to dessert heaven. Oh - there's cake too....

A bit expensive when you think about it, but if you don't think about it too much, it's really enjoyable! I always spend a good time there and it's usually not too busy. It closes pretty late in the night, which is weird but actually useful! They have a good choice in ice creams and if you stick to one flavour, the price is okay. But waffles and crêpes are excellent nonetheless

I ordered a crepe with white and belgium chocolate. I had a choice of ice cream and clotted cream. I chose clotted cream. I removed it because it was not tasty. The crepe was delicious. Although what made a negative impression on me was that the crepe was not filled with chocolates. It was empty inside and the chocolates was like topping. I also had tasted different flavours of ice cream. Big variety of them. Although nothing special.

Great place for all ages and especially those that have a sweet tooth. Spacious interior with a lot of comfortable seating. The choice of ice cream flavours is amazing and its very easy to get carried away. Its not massively expensive, £.250, £3.95 or about £5 for 1, 2 or 3 scopes. Staff are polite and welcoming. Location wise its great as well.

Ridiculously indulgent! Enjoyed a hugely calorific 'dessert in a jar' which easily served two. Wasn't as well presented as I expected - it was very busy so perhaps they'd run out of the toppings or just run out of energy to bother! Was still very tasty. Atmosphere is chaotic - basically just kids running everywhere - but if you want a sweet treat and you're by the harbourside Sprinkles is a good shout! (They do takeaway and have a huge selection of ice creams.)

I went to Bristol Sprinkles last week and the staff were really friendly. They greeted me when I walked through the door and after I left they thanked me for coming. I was offered samples of the ice creams without me having to ask. The portion sizes were massive I couldn't eat the whole dessert in a jar. The guy in the black shirt came over during the time I was eating and asked if everything was okay with my food and I said yes but I can't eat it all. A member of staff put my food in a take away box for me to take it home. The man in the white top suggested desserts to me when I was being served on the till because I wasn't sure what I wanted. He was really helpful and I was really happy with suggestion he gave to me. The presentation and customer service really does deserve a 5 star because everything was perfect! I will be coming back soon! :)

Wow! What a selection of flavours! This is an Aladdin's cave of ice cream with so much choice. And I ask the manager politely,is there any chance to swap the more expensive hot drink for a cheaper cold drink,because is 30 degree outside! And he wasn't helpful at all! He told us he can't change it,because that is not part of the deal!And just walked away,and keep playing with his phone! He wasn't helpful at all! And a hot drink costs £3.50 and Coke £1.50! He could save on us £8!

Their ice cream cones are eye-catching and delicious. They had a limited selection of cakes when we were there. Their coffee is Tutti, but they can't make hot chocolate! This is an English "disease"! Ínycsiklandó fagylaltválasztékkal még télen is. Fagylaltkelyheik szemet gyönyörködtetőek és finomak. Gyér süteményválasztékuk volt az ottlétünk idején. A kávéjuk Tutti, de forró csokit nem tudnak készíteni! Ez valami angol “betegség”! Érdemes betérni egy finom kávéra és fagylaltkehelyre!
