So many fantastic sweets and treats. Not a huge price tag but great to try things from America without having to go to Cardiff. Really friendly staff too who always say Hiya and help out if needed

I have only ordered online so far but will definitely be calling into the shop as soon as I can. Online ordering and delivery was easy and excellent. I had a small issue but this was resolved promptly by email (I don’t do social media!) and my son was pretty chuffed with the outcome! Looking forward to checking out the shop as soon as we can.

Would highly recommend! A lovely store with a massive selection of treats. The staff are really friendly and the customer service is amazing. I recently did a charity fundraiser and Bossman's was more than happy to help - I wish them the greatest success for the future and I will definitely be back!

I always visit this shop for my slush, this shop has a huge range of different american sweets, chocolates, snacks, drinks (sparkling or juice), ice cream, exotic slushes, crisps, milkshakes and much more; with a variety of flavours and toppings. Haven't ordered online but if you visit the store, quick and very friendly service. Completely different service than most other sweet/ retail shops, where you have to look for a customer assistant or wait until they have finished their chatting to serve you, however this shop the most i have waited is literarly seconds when i come to the till. I have recommended this shop to all my friends. A huge variety for all different taste buds. You get what you pay for, is a little on the expsensive side but you cant find 95% of the sweets and treats anywhere, even your local shops. They are american sweets after all so i'd expect it to be a little higher than your average UK sweets and treats. Once again, excellent customer service and i will be coming back👍

I look like a shifty robber when i walk up or down the street and go past this shop i pull my hat down over my eyes . I get blinded by the Led lights Lots of choice here, and the staff are nice, always happy to help me out if ive run out of toilet bags for the dog on on the way down. (only Happened twice but still)
