Heavenly Desserts is one of my favourite dessert places. The food didn't disappoint, it was yummy although the service was a bit slow that night.

Delicious desserts and great portions, I almost didn't finish my sundae. The drinks taste great, packed full of flavour, and so is the gelato.

A wonderful dessert parlour in a lovely setting. Came here to celebrate a birthday. There is outdoor seating but we chose to sit inside. The American waffle was light and tasty, the drinks were lovely too (I tried the rose and lychee latte, really unusual combination). Service was friendly and they were accommodating with our baby, and even offered us a high chair. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent service, beautiful menu albeit too big for me to easily decide what to get. I did appreciate the pictures because they helped my kid decide what she wants as she can’t read yet. Definitely a bit pricey but while it was freezing outside, it was nice an toasty inside. The lady who took our order was super nice and we all enjoyed the fondue we ordered. At first I thought the name was a bit of an oversell but it really came through and put a nice full stop in our weekend getaway in Cardiff. This, after our lunch across the street at Central Bar was just very nicely situated for us. Highly recommended and I hope to return here on my next trip to Cardiff!

Multiple vegan options which were incredibly tasty. I'm dairyfree due to allergies and everything was perfect. Even my boyfriend decided to go with a vegan option. Everything was gorgeous and will be a regular customer from now on.

Far from heavenly I would say. Definitely better places around. Standard ice creams (outsourced like in most of the places, nothing unique about them) and coffee. 3* is normal score = neutral. Cup of home made coffee and few scoops of Ben&Jerry would give you at least the same experience. Hopefully the crepes and pancakes are better, I didn't try.

made a mistake yesterday and visited CoCo dessert shop and Kaspers what a mistake. Left after a lengthy wait at Cocos and had yerrible food at Kaspers in a awful enviroment. At the end of it we said we should have gone to Heavenly desserts in town where you get shown to a seat, giving menus and staff talk to you and take the order. You sit in a nice environment and the staff are good at their job, wont make that mistake again . Go to the best

The best dessert place in Cardiff with lots of different varieties than other dessert places. There are so many choices on menu that I can go every day for a month and can order a different dessert! Their taste and quality makes them stand out. Today I went and tried the milk cake aaaaaand oh boy, it was DELICIOUS! My taste buds are still tingling! Husband had an oreo cheese cake and his mum and dad enjoyed a waffle. Very tasty as always. Will definitely be returning soon to try their fruit and white choclate tarts!

Yummy desserts! Staff are so friendly and helpful. So many choices of dessert and you can make your own dessert too. Clean place! In front of the restaurant is abit dirty because so many people were sitting outside but otherwise it is amazing!

The desserts of this place truly lives up to its name! Everything was so scrumptious! I loved the Raspberry and Belgium chocolate cake that was paired with a lovely raspberry sorbet. And the hazelnut ice cream was SOOOO GOOOD. And there was this one cheesecake biscotti dessert that was lush! Loved the service and the ambiance of the place. It's a tad pricey but it's worth it every once in a while.

I came in this evening with myself, 4 aunties, and mother - suffice to say as my family are quite fussy eaters and came unprepared without knowing the menu, the waitress' patience would've been really tested. I'm writing this review more to say thank you to the waitress for being so polite, professional, and patient with us. I wasn't able to grab the waitress' name but she was a tall Egyptian lady. We were sat for roughly an *hour* before ordering, and that wasn't the end. Mid-order and even after ordering we kept changing and adding things. I think the staff who were preparing the food were quite busy so there was a slight delay but they were able to rectify that soon. Also at one point we had to pray (Muslim), one of the waitresses offered to provide us a small area and turn down the music for us, without us even asking. Big thank you all for your patience and service. Also, the desserts themselves are pretty decent. I'm not a big sweet guy but the American waffles with Nutella and ice-cream was enjoyable. At the end everyone else agreed their desserts were enjoyable. Thank you all again :)

I found this aptly named dessert and coffee shop by accident and ventured in out of curiosity. I'm so glad I did. Their Belgian waffle with ice cream and flake toppings was divine and the coffee, the best I've tasted in months! Beats Starbucks coffee. The staff were supremely accommodating and friendly and after eating my waffle, I went back into the shop to compliment their fine products. Wonderful.

It’s a lovely dessert place considering other desserts places in Cardiff are not that great, I’ve been there a few times and tried various desserts and they are tasty. But I do have to mention that the sundaes are waste of money most of it is crushed cones and chocolate rather then ice cream. And I also must point out that the female staff, customers service is pretty poor. I feel like they need some training as they lack professionalism. The awkward service has not been a one of but multiple of times.

Taken family recently 3 weeks in a row as we love the ice cream so much. Was then told this week that we can't have ice cream we have previously as oreos don't fit inside cone.we create our own by adding topping inside cone instead of on top. I said we'd had previously and even told price id paid . Reluctantly staff member made but only after I got made to feel a fool for asking.

This is my second time coming to Heavenly Deserts and the experience both times has been phenomenal. The establishment itself is kept in great order, and is a very relaxing and clean place to be. Food quality is fantastic, I have tried a few deserts and milkshakes and I have loved everything, with special mention to the American waffles which are the best I have had by far! The staff are always very kind and well presented, and prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the food. I would really recommend checking this place out if you haven't before, you will not be disappointed!

Heavenly Desserts truly impressed me on my first visit. The place is very well designed with very modern and bright interior. The staff is very friendly as well as being helpful. Moving onto the main stuff, the desserts menu is incredible and provide a wide variety of different sweet delights. Went yesterday with my family and friends for a celebratory graduation dessert. I've been 2 times previous to this and I have to say their customer service is very nice. We were welcomed with a lovely smile at all times and were given our seats and menus promptly. The staff were very friendly and engaging with my children, making them feel welcome too. After receiving the desserts, our waitress, Robyn I think her name was yesterday, checked on us many times to see if we are ok and always at hand for assistance. When paying the bill, the other assistant asked us for feedback. The only set back I thought was the American waffles were a bit cold for my liking. This could be due to the ice cream sitting on top. They valued our feedback. But it will not stop me from coming back again.

Best desert place in Cardiff and the service you get from the staff is more than 5*****. The manager was very polite and had a smile on his face the whole time. I had this flower tea that was not only mesmerising when it opened up in the tea but it tasted as beautiful as it looked. We will definitely be back.
